I had a couple and have to say not a huge fan. But to be fair it's most likely because they're all natural and all beef. My son ate 5 so, safe to say he like them!

We smoked 2 of Hearstone Farm's briskets for Thanksgiving and loved it so much that we recently bought two more. It was tender and flavorful.

Best beef around. Hard to put into words the difference between store bought beef and Heartstone Farm. It’s leaner, it tastes like tge beef we ate as kids and you actually feel better because there are no hormones injected into this meat. Worth every penny!

Actually a hat that can virtually fit all noggins. Cute details and cozy in the winter and cover your ears!

My daughter loved it! I felt like it was a cross between a ham and a pork roast and getting used to that taste difference will take a bit of time- all for the better without nitrates! I would use more cloves, and baste with a stronger jam and fruit juice glaze- and serve with optional similar sauce - delicious - I'll send a photo later

We love the meat that we purchase from Heartstone Farm. The conveince of the monthly burger box helps me to plan my monthly menu without the stress of shopping.

Knowing my meats come from a great farm not too far away gives me great peace of mind and I feel fantastic eating such quality meat. I recommend the subscription boxes, always nicely packed in conscientious packaging, still perfectly frozen when it arrives and really reasonable for my budget and needs. We need to keep on supporting small (grass fed) farms! Thanks Farmer Dan, keep on farming! Hug the cows for me :)

I highly recommend these hot dogs. They are very meaty and have great flavor. Store bought hot dogs always upset my stomach, they are too salty and fatty. These hot dogs are not like that at all. They are juicy and delicious. I always reorder these and love them!

Brisket next just trimmed and seasoned for long slow cooking

The oxtail was great, we slow cooked it for about 12 hours in the crock pot and it fell off the bone.

We have been looking for gray corned beef for quite a while and tonight enjoyed an incredible New England boiiled dinner with all the fixings. Thanks so much. P

Steak Burgers are moist flavorful and work well on the grill. Married to a slice of onion on a homemade bun the juice runs out of them and they are wonderful.

Steak was very tender and absolutely a hit! Served with mashed potatoes and cream of spinach which complemented the meat very well. Don’t forget to sparkle the steak with freshly grounded pepper and salt. Absolute delight!

I haven’t had a chance to try everything in the sampler yet, I have tried the stew beef and the bacon. I sautéed the beef and added onions for a small dinner rather than putting it into a stew. And the bacon was my favorite out of any bacon I have tried so far! I look forward to trying the burger patties and T-bone steak once it’s warmed up enough to grill.

Beef brisket hot off the pellet smoker. Used the 3-2-1 receipt. Rub with yellow mustard as a binder for the garlic and pepper seasoning. Then 3 hours in foil pan at 225, two hours wrapped in foil at 225 and one hour unwrapped at 300. Basted with apple juice every 90 minutes. Absolutely delicious!

The steak burgers are amazing. Best burgers we have had, they never disappoint with the quality and taste.

I am so happy to find Heartstone again. I first met farmer Dan in 2019 and purchased my first beef heart. Since than I have been on an RV . We returned to Maine and I found him again. I still love his hearts and Liver. I also tried the ground beef. It was ALL Wonderful my first beef heart. I left on a RV and traveled . I returned to Maine in late 2022 I looked for the farm on the internet and found it. I ordered 3 hearts ,liver and ground beef. It arrived very quickly and the heart was better than I remember. The liver and ground beef was also very good. I do plan to order again!! I am cancelling the venison I have been getting from Hawaii. This meat is better

We order a package of the breakfast sausage each month in our subscription box. It is great for a special breakfast each month. The sausage has excellent seasoning and taste. They go great with any breakfast food.

We had one of the chuck roast last weekend. Cooked in the slow cooker with onions, carrots, celery, & potatoes. These roast are the BEST! Just like every other meat we've received from Heartstone Farm, GREAT meats!

Hands down The Best ham any of us have ever had. Have ordered and eaten several of these now, purchase at least 2 whenever they become available. Glaze with maple syrup and mustard and it is absolutely fabulous!

This is outstanding meat. Having several packages of Heartstone Farm Ground Beef in the freezer is like “quick-but-still-really-good-quality, healthy dinner insurance” when I need to figure out dinner pronto! Just a little salt and pepper sprinkled on makes top notch burgers (and happy humans at the dinner table!) Hubs is also a fan of old-school Sloppy Joes, so that’s another “what to make when I really don’t feel that adventurous in the kitchen” option. But when I make Sloppy Joes with Farmer Dan’s beef, they are just far better. (I don’t use pre-made sauce and back off on the sweetness.) I usually form my own pattys for burgers but gave these a try in my subscription box. They were next level! If you want to treat yourself order these. Thick, juicy, and delicious. You can get a great char and they grill up perfectly. Amazing!
