The porterhouse- king of steaks!- is such a perfect dinner for Special company. Pop em on the grill - no more than medium rare PLEASE! Corn on the cob and a salad. The steaks cut like butter and are so delicious. One easily feeds two or three people!

The Heartstone shaved steak is our favorite item in the box. Can be used for a million recipes but a classic Philly cheesesteak is how we usually go. Sizzle some butter in a pan and lay them in a thin layer until just slightly browned. Flip over, add a quality cheese of your choice. From there it’s all you: mushrooms, onions, jalapeños, lettuce, tomatoes, mayo— you can’t go wrong! My mouth is watering just writing this! This will beat ANY “authentic Philly cheesesteak,” due to the amazing beef flavor. Highly recommended!!

Tasted great! I love that it’s grass fed. Can’t taste the difference when it comes to the burger meat. But grass fed is supposedly healthier and the cow probably has a better life. So there’s that.

The shaved steak is so tasty and it makes great stroganoff. At first, I did not think that I should use it for that, but once I did, it was awesome.

I had never cooked a Beef Brisket and I am excited to say it was wonderful. I added an oriental type sauce to the pan and it was so tender and tasty.
