I was surprised to see the size of the lobster. It was very small so I was glad I stuffed it. The beef filet mignon did not look at all like the cut of meat in the picture. When it was not frozen it looked much like a thin piece of meat. I still enjoy the other meats available, but would not buy a special like this again. Thanks

I thought the hot chicken sausages had a wonderfully spiced taste. They had a nice spicy affect. They did brown a bit on the outside casing, which is good, and perhaps a little dry in texture, which is probably due to them being more lean.

This sausage exceeded our expectations. Sweet, mild, and flavorful, we mixed it with ground beef to bring our favorite meatloaf recipe to a new level. I has spoiled us. The sausage has a beautiful combinations of spices and herbs that we look forward to in our next dining adventure.

Just had the sirloin steak, medium rare. Tender and delicious, but best of all, I’m helping out family farms from my wife’s home state.

Thank you for my families recent beef order. Aside from the delicious shaved steak, we added five pounds of ground beef to our order. Anticipating super bowl Sunday and traditional chili with beef this was perfect timing. We love to use the beef and bean chili for nachos and bowls of chili topped with sour cream and chives. Excellent quality, grass fed, grass finished skirt steak. This meat is very lean, and benefits from marinating. It eats best in the Medium-Well to Well Done range. Particularly nice with a yakitori or tare glaze

Excellent taste, you can tell the difference between your burger Sean’s others. The only thing negative is they sometimes fall apart when cooking. Best quality ever!

We enjoyed these special crustaceans Lobster Tails. We steamed them and they were sweet and succulent and worth it. If there is one slight issue it would be that 3 were the right size but one was tiny. We are a fam of 3 so it worked out for us. We will definitely repurchase these beauties.

These breakfast sausages are really really good! I am hooked on the taste, the fact that they are a local product, and that they are free of nasty additives. My only suggestion is that you offer this sausage meat in 1 lb packages without putting it into casings. Thanks to the farmer!

Comes packaged frozen solid ( I'm always worried). And beautiful when I open it! The bacon blows store bought away. Same with the chicken. Will find out about the steaks soon. They are beautiful!

Since I last ordered Tide Mill organic chicken, Heartstone added the Commonwealth chicken choice. As I clicked on my preference, I thought that I was ordering the Tide Mill, however at the time, being in somewhat of a hurry, I didn't notice that the Tide Mill chicken was coupled with the Commonwealth - " TIDE MILL FARM/COMMONWEALTH POULTRY -- Choose from Tide Mill Farm Organic and Commonwealth Poultry All-Natural;" and it now is obvious to me that one had to really scrutinize the page to chose the source and click on that to actually order the chicken one preferred. Unfortunately, because of that oversight, when I opened my package after delivery, I ended up with the Commonwealth and not my preference - organic Tide Mill. I still had some Tide Mill left and compared the products. There is a noticeable and distinct difference between the TideMill organic chicken as to color. The Tide Mill organic chicken breasts have always been a beautiful pink color and were very tender and juicy when cooked. The Commonwealth chicken breasts, on the other hand, have a dull whitish pink hue. I won't be eating them but instead will give them to neighbors who don't mind eating conventional chicken. Interestingly from their website I learned that Commonwealth chickens are sourced from farms mostly in Pennsylvania. I also know that many conventional farms continue to use GMO feed for their livestock even if they don't use antibiotics. It's not that the Farmer Dan folks did anything wrong, per se, but how much effort would it have taken to have the organic chicken on a separate ordering page from the non-organic to make it less confusing for customers/consumers?
