We have already used 2 of the spatchcock chickens and they turned out great on the grill - very tender and flavorful. Best real oxtails around not cow tails. Big cuts, tender, meaty, not 90% fat like others. Well worth the price and farmer Dan is top notch in customer service. Looking forward to more real oxtails as well as sampling other selections. The main thing is the wife gives me 100% for finding Heart Stone Farm!

I did not expect to like these burgers as much as I did. Previously, I have eaten beef burgers from the supermarket but don’t always trust the quality, I defrosted the Heartstone package containing 3 burgers and planned to eat only 1, leaving the other 2 for my son. After eating one of these burgers, I had to eat one more because they were juicy and delicious beyond my expectations. I normally don’t write reviews, but I am confident that anyone who eats these burgers will not be disappointed. Plus, they’re just plain healthier than most supermarket beef that say “grass fed” but could end up spending the last few months of their lives eating silage in a feed lot (due to not being grass finished). At 80 years old, I am still healthy and do what I can to stay that way including eating beef that is antibiotic free plus raised and finished on grass.

We haven’t tried the Farm Breakfast Sausage yet however, the Chicken Italian Sausage is absolutely over the top wonderful! Juicy with perfect seasoning and texture ! The Farm Breakfast Sausage just has to be as yummy ! Thanks Farmer Dan !!!

The burgers we get from Heartstone are the best we have ever had. The meat has just right amount of fat so they are flavorful and juicy, but not so much fat that they shrink during cooking. Yes, they are more expensive than going to the grocery store, but the flavor and quality can't be beat.

I love the one-pound packages of ground pork. They are the perfect size for a recipe I make weekly called a "deconstructed egg roll". All the wonderful flavors of an egg roll without all the carbs! I love the flavor and the convenience. Thanks, Farmer Dan. :-)

Best breakfast sausage links I’ve ever had.

I hadn't had grocery store beef, or much beef at all, for a long time. Factory feedlot beef tasted too much like corn and misery. I was infrequently treating myself to grassfed ground wagyu from New Zealand but it was impractical, and I wanted to stay in the US. I tried your chuck roast and ground steak patties. Yum! Just yum! The steak patties were great. A good ratio of fat to meat, and because it's a bit more healthful I like to keep the fat for a quick saute with spices for veg like green beans. I made stew with the chuck, another hit! I'll be canning meat later so you'll definitely be seeing me again. (You might want to consider raising a wagyu cow or two. Very different flavor)

Not generally a fan of breakfast sausage but these are superb! I have tried other blueberry sausage and these are the best. I do wish the one pound package came as two 8 oz. Packages though.

Grass Fed Beef Tongue is where it is at. Instapot, boil on stove, or 24 hour sous vide...so nice and tender. Quality was great, membrane was already removed, and nicely butchered. Will order again.

We always have stew/kebob meat in our Build a Box order and are never disappointed. The pieces are just lean enough and become tender morsels in beef stew and slice up great for stir-fry. The kebobs we just made were a bit chewy but delicious and worth the slight more effort. I think the marinade needed more of something. It's so good to know our meat is local, grass fed, and that the animals are raised and processed humanely. Thank you, Farmer Dan and family!

My order came nicely packed and completely frozen. It only took like two days to arrive. Haven’t tried the steaks yet but the hamburgers were yummy. We will be ordering again for sure.

First let me clear up a mistake of mine. I for some reason thought these where chicken tenderloins, and not chicken tenders. These tenders were breast meat cut into strips. It was my error. I battered and fried them and they tasted okay.

My recent purchase of flank steak from Heartstone Farms was very rewarding. The flavor of the meat is the best part of this cut. I made it a little differently than I normally do by marinating it and cooking it in my air fryer. Wow. Juicy, tender and so flavorful. Definitely will buy again!

The Farm Burger Patties are Great! We grilled these this Memorial Day weekend. Great start to the summer. These burgers are just the right size and they don't shrink down because there's not tons of fat like other burgers. Just juicy and delicious. Definitely give these a try, you'll be very pleased.

I am trying to buy local and this was a wonderful offer from Heartstone. I am having the ribeye steak today. There is only me in the house so I will enjoy all the beef myself!!!!!! We thought the bacon was very good. Very good flavor. We typically bake our bacon and it worked out pretty well. First time preparing so we will have to see how it cools and perfect the cooling technique.

This chicken is excellent! My order came incredibly fast and was packaged perfectly so everything was still frozen solid. The only reason I gave 4 stars is the individual packages all leak when defrosting. Otherwise I am very happy with our purchase from Farmer Dan.
