So far I have tried the premium ground beef (for patties and meatloaf) and the strip steak. Both are delicious! The strip steak can be cut with a fork! The customer service is excellent. The meat arrived completely frozen and nicely packaged. Try it! You will not be disappointed!

I’m new to heartstone , so far only three orders. I have tried five different products. Everything has exceeded my expectations except this bacon. I ordered three packs. Two of the three lost the vacuum seal and were frosted. I ate those first. One was very oddly shaped almost round on one end tapering to a point on the other. Virtually all fat - I rendered it to cook some liver that was excellent. The second pack was better but definitely suffered from the lack of vacuum seal. To be fair I haven’t eaten the last one yet but it looks really good.

Delicious! I often find that "spicy Italian sausage" is not spicy at all from most commercial sources, but I am happy to say that these certainly have a little spice! Just enough for someone who likes spicy food, but not overwhelmed for those who can't handle some heat. Worth the buy!

We had the Bone-in Pasture Raised Smoked Ham for Easter brunch! My friends and children felt it was the best ham I've ever served! I had enough to send my best friend and children home with goodie bags and saved a little to make pea soup! I will order again! YUM!

Just tried the bacon burgers this evening. They were very good more like steak bacon burgers than regular burgers and very flavorful. Great flavor alternative!

We did not know what to expect from these burgers. Grilling and pairing with mayo, tomato and grilled onion, mushrooms and peppers the bacon flavor was subtle, but evident. My partner put BBQ sauce and he could not taste the bacon.

This was our first time ordering Heartstone Farm Bone-In Ham which was 9-11 lbs. It is the BEST tasting ham we have ever had!!! The meat was tender and moist and full of flavor. The instructions that came with it were very helpful and to the point. There were plenty of leftovers for sandwiches and a bone for pea soup. Will definitely order the ham again!!

Nothing short of outstanding. Recent order to stock up on ground beef produced a huge batch of meatballs and sauce. The best yet! Huge batch so I froze some but certainly over ate my share. One pound packages are perfect size and wonderful for meatloaf, meatballs or hamburgers on the grill. Good meat ain’t cheap and cheap meat ain’t good. These hot dogs were pretty good. Great texture and bite. We were a little turned off by the pepper flavor because it reminded us more of sausage and I think I would have prefer a more mild flavor. But still a great hotdog.

Wonderful flavor and not salty ham!

We recently ordered a leg of lamb from Farmer Dan which we ate for Easter dinner. The lamb roast was delicious and, unlike supermarket lamb that is overpriced and often imported from Australia, we took satisfaction in knowing that the meat we were eating, like all meat sold by Farmer Dan, was farm raised and grass fed right here in Maine and was shipped direct to our door. We look forward to buying more lamb from Farmer Dan in the future!

My wife and I are really enjoying the flavorful taste of the 14-day Dry-Aged Premium Ground Beef. The flavor is 'full' and more satisfying than that found with the ground beef offerings of other vendors.

I haven’t enjoyed beef this tasty since the days of my youth, when my Uncle, a “Beefalo” rancher, would send our family a side a beef each year. It’s a pleasure to taste farm-raised beef once again. This 14-Day Dry Aged Premium Beef is a genuine treat. I gave some to my neighbor who received the delivery for me and she said it was the best she’d ever tasted.

The best ground beef I’ve ever purchased and probably the best I’ve actually tasted. Make a smash burger in a cast iron pan. It’s really delicious. The price is excellent considering I can cook three nice burgers per pound that I’d put up against any restaurant’s $12-15 dollar burger. I’ll be trying the steaks next.

Oh my goodness. I certainly hope this becomes something we can order in the future. Something about the bacon being in the actual burger makes it incredible. So much better than just topping your burger with bacon.

The Zesty Italian Sausages were absolutely delicious! They had great flavor without being hot. We butterflied them, seared them and then topped them with sautéed bell peppers, mushrooms and onions, topped all that with mozzarella cheese and put it in the oven for a few minutes for the cheese to melt. It was an easy, delicious supper.

Chicken was very moist when prepared in air fryer. I added a pat of butter to account for the leanness of grass-fed meat, and the flavor and texture were lovely.

The meat was tender and delicious. Loved the bacon that was very flavorful and much less salty than supermarket bacon. We would rather have smaller and less frequent servings of chicken and meat and know that the animals were raised humanely and without antibiotics. Excellent bone-in leg of lamb! I cooked it in the slow cooker , it was super soft and yumy.

I ordered on of the hams for my family's Easter dinner. I was so pleased that there was almost no fat in the bottom of the baking pan. The flavor was great and the meat pretty tender. I still have the bone to make Split Pea Soup from and I know it will be super.
