Bought 2 Maine Boston Pork Butts just under 4lbs each for a family gathering of 10. Served it on slider size bread with a homemade BBQ sauce + cole slaw. It was completely devoured! I made a rub with brown sugar + spices, then placed the two butts fat side up + side by side on roasting pan with 2” breathing room in between. Started cooking in oven at 450 degrees for 20 minutes then dropped temperature down to 280 degrees for 5 hours. Found it easiest to pull the pork/shred with two large forks. Added the bbq sauce + served.

The meat was really good but also ordered bacon and the Bacon was just sliced fat. Leave the bacon out if you order.

I have had many corned beef briskets over the years on St Patrick's Day - this was my first Traditional New England Gray corned beef. We made sandwiches with thousand island dressing and dipped potatoes in the au jus! Fantastic and tender. A must try!

I'm usually a filet person but thought I'd give the 10Oz sirloin a try. It was very good and very tender. My husband and I both enjoyed one with a baked Potatoe and sauteed mushrooms. We will be ordering again

This fajita meat is not only delicious, it is super convenient and versatile when you want to make a quick dinner! I like to use it in stir fries, to add with pastas, and of course to make fajitas or tacos.

Excellent beef (as is all Farmer Dan's beef) but this is especially appreciated because buying quality short ribs at the regular grocery is nearly impossible. Most packages (I bought 10) were at the mid-upper end of the advertised weight and the meat marbling and bone were excellent. I have some special recipes (like Obama Ribs from the Rooster Cafe cookbook) that are family favorites and these ribs are perfect for the recipe, making the final dinner extra special.

We ordered Heartstone Farm New England Gray Corned Beef for St. Patrick's Day. The cut of meat was extremely tender and the flavors were amazing. If you prefer a cut of corned beef that is a tad less salty than the usual grocery store purchase, then this one if for you. We love everything we buy from Heartstone Farm. What does heaven on earth taste like? I’m almost certain it tastes like the osso buco I prepared last night that my husband and I ate in front of our outdoor fireplace. Seriously amazing meat took the center role and wowed my husband (and me, as well…even though I cooked it!). I have already placed another order…the marrow in the bone was so amazing…smeared on some toasted crusty bread with a little sea salt, I actually may have died from happiness after eating it and am writing this review as a ghost. I don’t mind being a ghost as long as I can still make my order and eat good food.

The corned beef was not what I expected. It was not a traditional gray corned beef. It didn't seem to be brined at all.

I don’t think that I am the perfect customer for this item’ s review , bc I don’t know much about this meat. But I can say something that I didn’t like much, it was too much fat . Also I would like if is possible , to put the spices to cook the corn beef, it’s just a suggestion .

A 5 star rating for the Maine Heartstone Farms Steak Burgers. They are thick and juicy with unmatched flavor. We cooked ours in our cast iron skillet with salt, pepper, onions and Worcester Sauce. Amazing! Served with melted cheese and toasted buns. Certified delicious by me!

I wasn’t a chicken thigh person before I bought these, but they are are, hands-down, the best thighs I’ve ever purchased. It’s hard to find chicken thighs that aren’t too fatty or bland or just weirdly huge, and these are just perfect. They’re so flavorful, and use less packaging than store-bought meat. I love knowing I’m supporting a small farm, and eating locally produced, ethically raised chicken.

I love this product! It brings tremendous flavor to every dish. I have used it in soups and in meatloaf. I highly recommend it and encourage folks to add it to their monthly packages. It can be used so many different ways. I can’t wait to add it to my favorite burger recipe this summer.

The traditional New England Gray Corned Beef from Heartstone Farm was wonderful and also I learned something about Corned Beef that it's nitrates that made the corned beef pink hat my husband and I formerly have cooked. This Corned Beef from Heartstone Farm was not salty and at the same time was wonderful!

Best corned beef we've ever had!!

That all-natural, dye and preservative-free corned beef was the best we have ever had. We put it in the crock pot with some spices for a few hours, per the instructions, and added potatos carrots and cabbage and it was incredible. The beef was pull-apart tender and tasteeeee !

The Blueberry Maple Sausages were a nice hearty sausage and very meaty without a lot of fat. The Sausage were good but I would have like more of the blueberry, maple flavor.

The italian sausage at Heartstone farm is delicious! My wife makes an amazing baked ziti and we dice up the sausage on top and it brings everything to the next level.

The stew/Kabob meat may be my favorite so far. The meat arrives frozen in a sealed plastic pouch, already in small 1-inch or so pieces, frozen. It's easy to store, and easy to use. I've used it for stew and beef burgundy, and it's tender and flavorful. Highly recommended.

Product came shipped in great shape container contained frozen rib which looked great. I have not had chance to eat them but will comment when I do. They look meaty.

Heartstone Farm Traditional New England Gray Corned Beef made our St. Patrick's Day meal WONDERFUL! My daughter was skeptical when she heard the meat would be gray, but it was the same color as cooked beef is, and just not the phony pink color she expected in corned beef. The taste was luscious -- perfect seasoning -- but I would expect nothing less from Heartstone Farm. Their meat is always delectable -- healthy, tender, very flavorful, and worth every penny!

Great big lean burger full of flavor! Enjoyed with a topping of sautéed mushrooms and onions, but that wasn’t even necessary! We loved them.

I have been purchasing the meat package and I love that I can pick the cuts I want. mix it up or add all the same cut. I have never made short ribs and thought I would order them in my last package...OMG they were amazing. I slow cooked them in a simple broth and served them over my husbands favorite mashed potatoes with gravy from the dripping. Every cut of meat I have tried has exceeded my expectations. Love this Maine farm!
