Like all products from Heartstone Farm , the sausage taste pretty good, no much chicken flavor but it’s taste like regular sausage

What can I say that hasn't already been said..the Tomahawk Rib Eye has been OUTSTANDING...each time we order it. We have ordered it 3 times and have not been disappointed! We like to allow the food we serve to our friends and family be an important, central part of our limited time together, and the Tomahawk Rib Eye certainly fits the bill. Tender, full of flavor and shareable..we grill it with basic seasonings..less is Definitely more in this case. Love it!

BEST BEEF EVER!! We will not eat any other ground beef; won't even consider buying anything but Heartstone and it's not just because I love supporting Maine farmers (which I do), but the flavor profile is just plain awesome!!!

Excellent beef all around! The ground beef is probably the best grass-fed ground beef I've had: full of flavor and enough fat to make a juicy burger but not so much that it is overwhelming. Some other grass-fed beef products I've tried don't seem to have quite enough fat to help make a flavorful burger. Commercial grain fed beef seems to also have quite a bit of moisture in it, which makes it difficult to brown the meat. This ground beef has a really nice balanced moisture content with the fat, which leads to some wonderfully flavorful tacos and meat sauce as well. I even save the fat when I cook the meat to create suet for my birds, and they love it!

All beef hot dogs were very good. A little different than those nitrate filled hot dogs you would find at the grocery store. A little spice for just the right flavor.

I have purchased meats from Heartstone Farm several times in the past 6 months. The steaks and other cuts of meat from Heartstone are by far the best I have ever tasted. My family agrees! I love the fact that the animals are exclusively grass fed, which produces a much healthier meat that is high in Omega-3s. I also love that it is a local Maine farm. We have been enjoying the meat from Heartstone Farm for the past month. All meat is well packaged and comes frozen and ready for the freezer. We have eaten the chicken, short ribs, hot dogs, Hamburg, and bacon. All are very tasty and we are very satisfied with the quality and the delivery.

We love the 12 ounce bone in pork chops. They always cook up juicy and flavorful, just the way they are. I salt and pepper them, add some sliced onions, sliced green peppers and some butter, cover them in the bakingdish with aluminum foil and bake at 400 degrees. Delicious!!

I used the oxtail to feed the dogs. I put it in the crock pot on low all day. Meat fell off the bone. Poured a cup over the dogs kibble. She loves it.

I send a box of meats to my son , a junior at college living in a house with friends- a box of 10 cuts arrives every month. The first box I ordered was received in CT the very next day after I placed it! It was a surprise- and was so helpful for him! A new box comes mid month every month. My son loves everything- and uses it all up every month for his own meals. He say the steaks, chicken , bacon , hot dogs , ground beef, and burgers are all delicious. When I ask if he wants to eliminate or replace options each month, he declines and says he loves everything in the box and wouldn’t change a thing! I have to say- the ordering platform is so straightforward, And easy to use. I seasoned my chicken the night before, inside and out with a rotisserie season blend I found on all recipes. Seared in cast-iron and olive oil for 7 mins at 475, then flipped over, turned down oven to 375 and it was done in just under an hour. Best chicken I've made yet. Farmer Dan sources the best whole chickens. Soon good.

This purchase was very important to me, as I haven’t eaten meat in a long time (vegetarian). I needed to add occasional meat for my health. Best Bacon I have ever had!!!! I’d give it 10 stars if I could!! My wife and I had some yesterday morning. The bacon is cut perfectly and it cooks up beautifully. The taste is so fresh not like the store bought junk. I will only have farm fresh bacon from now on. Heartstone Farm is the way to go!!! I heard about Heartstone Farm from a friend who is very good at cooking. I ordered the steak and whole chicken as gifts for my family friends and they like it. The package is really well-preserved and still frozen when arrived (from Maine to NYC). Will definitely order again next time for myself.

These were fantastic. Each shank was huge, with a ton of meat. I made a great beef stew with these, baked them in the oven for a couple of hours and I had a rich, deeply flavored stew. Definitely ordering again.

The steak tips are great for a quick meal. Sear them in a hot cast iron pan, mix with gravy and green beans, pour them over rice. There you have a quick meal with tasty beef tips. 😋

Shaved steak! Yum! A Delaware girl, cheesesteak sandwiches were the yummiest of the yum treats. The quality of the steak as well as the bread make this treat a treat. I have used the shaved steak cooked with green salsa for tacos and am having leftover steak with my lunch salad!!!

I love this product from Heartstone Farms. It is their Shaved Steak. First let me state that a pound of Shaved Steak goes a long way. The slices are so versatile and can be used in many ways. I use it in Hot Ramen soup ( cooks in a minute ), we also use it for hot hero sandwiches (Philly cheese steak). on garlic bread with melted cheese. This shaved steak (Minute Steaks) cook so fast ( steak and eggs ) but the best part is the flavor of this beef is bursting in depth of beef. This is my favorite product from Farmer Dan.
