This is our second year buying meat from Heartstone Farm. This first year we brought a 1/4 side. Now we generally buy what we need to replenish once a month. The quality of the meat is excellent and very flavorful. Delivery service is top notch. We are very pleased with everything that we have purchased.

These are by far the best burger patties on the market. The dry-aged flavor is unbeatable and I no longer want to eat burgers outside my house. I season them with a little salt and pepper and chuck them on the grill. 5 minutes later a delicious patty is ready to be eaten. Please don't ever take these off the market!

Great product and great service. Even with the busy holidays, I received the ham 2 days after placing the order, less really, since I ordered in the evening. Also of note: I don’t have to deal with or feel guilty about all the potential styrofoam packaging other companies use - This ham arrived well packaged in biodegradable insulating layer. It’s wonderful to support smaller, real farm operations like this. Better quality and peace of mind.

Farmer Dan I really have to tell you how much we loved the Fajita meat that was include in our pick a box. We picked it out and put some simple spices and grilled it up with some peppers and onions. That was the best Fajita bowls we have ever had, tender juicy not chewy and full of flavor. This is our new favorite, Thank You Michael Gautreau New Hampshire

This is now my second 5 star review for Heartstone Farm’s spatchcock chicken. The first time I tried it was in the Fall of 2020 and enjoyed it so much that we decided to order more to enjoy for Thanksgiving instead of the traditional turkey. And now, a year later, we have ordered and thoroughly enjoyed, our third spatchcock chicken. It is always fresh tasting, juicy, and delicious – a true hit with the family. The kidney was a ell packaged and arrived quickly! I use it for my dogs and it looked very fresh!

I have been ordering ground beef, chicken and burger patties from Heartstone Farms for months as I cannot get comparable quality elsewhere and I really love the flavour of their dry-aged beef. Recently I took advantage of the offer of 2 free filet mignon when ordering the box. They did not disappoint. Amazing flavour. Juicy and just right. I will be ordering more in future. I am very happy to have found Farmer Dan at Heartstone Farms.

As much as I love all your meat, these hot dogs were not good The texture, flavor, appearance and taste was just awful I hate to write a bad review but this is my honest opinion we will always buy your beef products because they are awesome!

Once again we've ordered from Farmer Dan. Though we haven't tasted the short ribs yet, we know they're going to be great. Everything we've purchased from Heartstone to date has been simply the best. The ribs were packaged beautifully, frozen, insulated and protected as well as I've seen in packaging - just like always.

Truth be told, we haven’t eaten it yet. However, what a fabulous gift! I never buy filet mignon for the two of us because it seems too extravagant. We are very much looking forward to having it for dinner soon! Thank you Farmer Dan!

It took approximately 6 days to receive our SAMPLER order. However, in full disclosure we ordered the day before Thanksgiving so this may have caused a slight delay. Everything came in perfectly frozen and vacuumed sealed. We have only tried the filet mignon, at this point and it was juicy and delicious. We look forward to trying the other items included. Flavor is good, but stiff, not tender as general hot dogs.

First time ordering. Bacon has an excellent flavor and just the right amount of salt. This has it all over the bacon I have been buying in the market even though I chose carefully. I definitely will buy again.

The hot dogs were so fresh! They are a different color than store bought hot dogs because they are real meat! You can see and taste the difference.

I purchased these steaks for my dad as a special Christmas treat. He never buys himself good steak. I was excited that these were local for us and I liked that they were 100% grass fed. My dad however had some reservations. He had had some grass fed feef that he did not like at all. I ordered anyway. He raved about how good they were. "They sliced like butter!" he told me enthusiastically.

I have been buying meat from Heartstone Farm for several years and it is by far the best tasting beef you can get. Remember grass feed and grass finished its as natural a product as you can get

The best chicken sausage with just the right amount of spice!

This is awesome sausage. It is flavorful and tasty. Putting it in chili we found it was great meat. We used some on our pizza and it was also great.

Their meat is the best I've ever seen. So far we've had a steak which had no gristle, good flavor and was very tender. Their stew meat literally fell apart using a fork. This is the best beef. Haven't had the pork yet.

I recently purchased Farmer Dan's 100% grass fed beef. It made the best beef stew I have tasted. The beef is fresh and you can taste the cleanliness of it. Not over processed. The way beef should be. It was melt in your mouth tasty. Very lean and packaged neatly. That is a big difference from what you find in the supermarket. I would recommend giving it a try. Also the chicken is so clean and free of feathers. I have purchased from Farmer Dan 3 times. This is the only way for me to purchase my meats. I love quality and and appearance in meat and poultry.
