I have been extremely pleased. I'm probably their problem child; I seem to have frequent false alarms; mostly dropping it, and the people who answer are so very kind and patient, and it's always a really quick response. I can't wear my system around my neck, and had trouble with the original clip, and they quickly sent me a much better clip. The customer service line is just as nice as the line that answers when a fall (or an accidental drop, or a bump into something that presses the button occurs) occurs. You couldn't ask for anything better. When you need customer service (or have a false alarm) there is always a cheerful person who picks up and answers. Another nice thing I like is that I can use it in ALL the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. I looked at several different systems on the internet and this one seemed the best. It has three different levels of distance, depending on your lifestyle, so if you are active and like to travel, they've got you covered. I think for the choices of distance coverage, the responsive customer service, and the patient emergency call responders, this system can't be beat.

THE SYSTEM HAS MET MY EXPECTATIONS "Other than a few hiccups, the system has worked well for me. Don't care for the lanyard so I wear it hooked to my belt or when around the house hooked on my bra. Have been doing a lot of yard work, bending and stooping with no problems and no false alarms. Very pleased with the system and the responses I have received when it has gone off by accident. I wished the unit were slightly smaller, but have learned to live with it. I would recommend it. "

I have to master how to operate.

I love it, but two things about it are bothersome. First, it sets itself off sometimes without me falling or pushing the button (it might not be a problems if I had a smaller chest). Secondly, the fabric at the places where the strap is fastened to the pendent and to the clasp irritates and rubs my skin----especially on the back of my neck.. Also, for us baby boomers, having an option to buy them in psychedelic colors or some sort of tie-dye pattern would be great.

I was very impressed and comfortable with Gale, who I ordered thru. We have not yet started using the system but all questions were answered. When I first started looking for a system for my parents, I was over whelmed. But I got a good report from a former client and am so glad I did, price is wonderful, extras are wonderful and have no doubt service will also be wonderful. Thank you for our peace of mind!

Medical Alert was an asset to my aging parents for the past 7 years. It gave us peace of mind 24/7. The dispatchers who answer were always courteous and pleasant to speak with. Making a change in a contact person if we were on vacation was very easy.Updated equipment was sent to the house including the box to send the older unit back. I am please we had it when mom suffered a stroke, I was notified of the situation because she pushed the button and police and First Aid was sent to her home. Cancelling the service with Medical Alert was also very easy. They E-mail you the directions on how to disconnect it from your phone, how to pack it and ship it back to them. Thank You !

I would describe their service as excellent. I have made a couple of mistakes and they have been very patient with me. They take their job VERY seriously and that is important to all of us who wear a medical alert pendant. .

PEACE OF MIND "The call center is very responsive. My 96 year old mother requested that my sister and I be contacted versus emergency persons. She was feeling weak, but did not want to go to the hospital. We were able to help her and soon she was feeling better. The device is easy to set up and to use. It provides me with peace of mind to know that my mother can solicit help when she needs it and that I will be contacted immediately to be informed of the situation."

Very helpful on the phone. Answered all of my questions.

Really easy to set up and to use by my 96 year old mother. Call center is very responsive. Regular tests of the system are encouraged and easy to accomplish. I highly recommend this alert company.

The one problem I had was that the thing that goes around your neck is way to long. I am short and have already hit the button when working.. Is there a way that you can pin it on the side of your shirt Other wise it has been great
