Medical Care Alert is an amazing product. My Mom has fallen twice and she was able to "push her Medical Care Alert" and had a response immediately. EMS came on one of her falls and they knew exactly how to get into the house using the lock-key box. We always feel comfortable and safe knowing that our Mom has her Medical Care Alert on and is able to receive help when needed.
