I got this system for my in-laws,they used it from day one.the people at medical care alert were great .my in-laws used it almost on a daily bases for a year.they are now in nursing homes.this system allowed them to stay home one extra year. Thanks medical care alert for the great service

Received unit very quickly after ordering. Set up was quick and easy. My dad has gently fallen twice but it was enough to set off the alarm so if you are wondering if the fall alert works, it does. He was not injured but I was glad to know that the monitor picked it up and called out to him to ask if he was ok and needs assistance. Then an hour later they called to make sure he was doing well.

We got the Medical Care Alert for my mother after she passed out from an infection and was not found right away. The motion detector on the alert is the best. After getting her alert, she tripped and fell inside her house. Immediately she got a call asking if there was a problem. She told them she had fallen but was OK. She then realized she was not able to get up on her own and pushed the button and they immediately responded with help on the way. I was out of town and had just talked to mom. She tripped after hanging up from our call. I received a call 5 minutes later and thought it was a mistake since I had just spoken with her and she was fine. We are so grateful for the device and have peace of mind she is safer. Definitely recommend this amazing product.

The Customer Service was very good throughout the process of buying and setting up the Medical Care Alert/Yard and Home. The company was very patient and did not put pressure on me to purchase the equipment for my 92 yr young Mother. I would recommend Medical Care Alert to friends.

When the alarm goes off it takes minutes for you to answer. If it is an alarm that I can handle, you won't get off the line to allow me to make a non-911 call. It rarely alarms if she falls.

ALWAYS ON CALL "My mother had Medical Care Alert for less than a year before she passed away. She had pushed the button only two times, one accidentally in her sleep, and the other time for a true emergency. The counselors who called both times were very respectful and kind and assured me that help was on the way since they were unable to get a response from her. She was promptly taken to the hospital by the first responders. A brain bleed was diagnosed and after 5 days she was gone. I have only good comments about this company and the training their counselors receive. The unit was easy to set up and worked well when needed. Even though my mother lived within 10 minutes of my home, the peace of mind I had from knowing that all she had to do to summon help was to press a button was enormous. We have used Medical Care Alert for over three years now for my Mom. It is excellent and very helpful. The customer service is excellent at all times. They are prompt to respond when notified and follow through on all calls and inquires. Several times my Mom has fallen and just can't get up on her own. My 90-year old Mother has fallen twice. Each time the fall-detection device failed to operate as advertised. We are paying extra for this so-called fall-detection feature. You can fix it by giving me my money back for paying for something that doesn't work.
