I was told I'd get an email when the product shipped but I did NOT. When my husband called for assistance setting it up, the staff was confused & couldn't help. My son had to come over to help. The equipment works fine but customer service is very lacking!!
I have had my alert necklace for seven months and it does everything they said it would it works anywhere you go at home,out shopping or traveling I would recommend this unit to anyone.

WONDERFULL SERVICE "I just installed it yesterday, with,a,LOT of help from customer service. I am not the most technical person but several of them stayed with me the final young lady named Toni was very patient and got me set up and also explained all about testing and checking and replacing the batteries which they keep supplied. I had changed from another system that failed me when just testing! Plus I like the fact I can communicate thru the pendant if I am in another room,or in the garden. I got the home and yard system."

"The service when ordering was very good and set up was fairly easy. The one problem we have had so far is that there is no volume on the system and my mother is hard of hearing. We had a false alert and she couldn't understand the operator so we had the ambulance and fire truck show up since she didn't respond."

PEACE OF MIND "Just what the doctor ordered. Bought this for my mom. She's very independent and I would never tell to stop enjoying life. She lives in a major city by herself, but she has lots of friends there. We were pulling our hair out when we couldn't get in touch with her , so this device allows her to have her freedom and gives us peace of mind. If something were to happen we would know or should I say be contacted immediately."

DIST TRUSTING COULD NOT BELIVE IT WORKED AS GALE SAID IT WOULD "we received our life alert two weeks before our trip to the mountain of south eastern K.Y we did not think we would get a signal in the mountain but it worked great. we stayed all day at a family reunion at days end we went back to the motel. we started in to the motel my wife stumbled on the way into the motel took a hard fall with in a half minute life alert said had dected a fall was did we need help she was ok except some brusing on hands and knees we are very happy and gratfull to life alert"

This is something you buy, hoping never to use, however knowing it's there, if you need it, gives you and your family a feeling of security, and therefore consider it worth the cost. I THINK IT'S GOOD INVESTMENT.....

Also can't say enough about a tech support person (Toni) who walked me through the set up, stayed on the phone line with me to make sure everything was right. She even put up with my dumb mistakes and helped to get out of them too. She had a wonderful laugh and I really enjoyed her. FALSE ALARMS, BUT ACCEPTABLE "I have had the system about three weeks. So far about four false alarms. My problem was simple, I am active and the belt clip jumps off your belt quite easily. I had two engines running and did not hear the operator, so she called my wife. Nice show of concern and tending to their business. Tried the neck loop, it hung too low and punched the button while sitting at a conference table. I got everyone attention when my guardian angel checked on me. Maybe good advertising, maybe not? I think the device and the people are doing their job. That is what I expected."

I tried to set it up & you kept thinking I was calling for help. Put it back in the box and never used it. Moot point now. My mother is in assisted living and no longer has need for your product. Will be sending it back.

Within a month of using this product, we put it to good a good test. Mom fell while away from home and within moments your staff and the GPS magic of this necklace knew exactly where to send EMS. We still can't get mom to wear it all the time while at home but, she won't leave the house without it. Wonderful product!

"I have had a problem with too many faults-alarms, with the belt catch coming detached from the libris or just sliding off the belt. It does not work well with a man's WIDE belt. The alarm has also gone off when I'm sitting around or just doing nothing. I have found, using a small camera pouch with a closed belt loops has stopped the falling faults alarms. The pouch has also reduced the number other faults alarms. My interaction with the response team has been good."

I have used this two times when my husband fell. I do feel that the time for the service to answer is longer than I feel it should. Nice that the service already knows the address and other info.

Mom's fall detection pendant too sensitive, resulting in false alarms. Needs to be replaced.

The pendant is not waterproof, as I was lead to believe, and consequently, I rarely use it anymore. I would like to suspend your service, as of August 31, and get a full refund for the remainder of the year.
