Even though the cake looked small for a layered cake, it tasted great! According to my father-in-law. Service and packaging was excellent.

I would not hesitate to order these again. I bought them for a baby shower and everyone loved them. Because they were so pretty, my guests took pictures of them and asked me for the contact information. They were as delicious as they were pretty.

This lemon tart was ordered for my 70th birthday and I have had many lemon tarts living in Great Britain for nine years. It was very important to me to have it made with the right ingredients and it was. It was also very beautiful with the cream flowers all around the top. It arrived in perfect condition and kept nice and cold with it's packaging. It was served on my birthday August 7th and has been enjoyed by everyone. Thank you for making my birthday so very special..I shall be ordering from you again.

I ordered these from London England for my daughter in Boston MA. They arrived the day before her birthday which was ok and she said they were absolutely delicious. In fact she rather regretted giving 2 to each of the guests at her birthday gathering! I have used this company before and would definitely use them again.

I purchased the Happy Birthday petite fours for my mother's birthday. Dad was very impressed with the packing and how they were shipped. He also commented on how pretty they were. When I asked Mom how she liked the "tiny cakes", as she calls them, a big smile came across her face. She replied "Oh, they were wonderful!" That's testimony enough for me! I was tentative about making an order online, but time was short. Thank You for giving my search for what she requested a positive result!

I ordered a cake for my mother's birthday from 1-800-Bakery since I was not able to be there in person on the big day. She was delighted with the cake - said it was delivered in beautiful condition, tasted great, and arrived promptly on the morning of her birthday. Thanks for the great service and I will definitely recommend 1-800-Bakery to others.

For what the red velvet cake cost, I expected something....different, I guess. The cake tasted fine, but so does a Hostess cupcake. I found the cake to be dry and kind of bland. As if it had been frozen, thawed and then frozen again. I am not a hard person to please, but I can't help but feel a little disappointed in my purchase. The cake did show up on time and that was nice....but for what I was charged for shipping, I expected nothing less. I think from here on out, I will stick to locally purchased pastries... Better quality and less expensive can be found locally.

I needed a unique dessert to liven up a luncheon and found petite fours on this site. They were a smash! Then I tried the chocolate ones but they melted. Diane in customer support is working on the issue of shipping chocolate products in hot weather. The petite fours are now a standard in our freezer. We have had two chocolate truffle cakes which are divine. We have found our place to order special treats and can keep them on hand in the freezer. I LOVE this company!

I couldn't be happier with my first order, a coffee cake. I wanted to surprise my 86 year old aunt on her birthday. She received the package the morning of her birthday and called me, so excited, and wanted to know if she could open it! She was enchanted with the cake, decoration and candles. I only wish I could have enjoyed it with her across the miles. Thank you for the great customer service, keeping your promises, and making my aunt smile all day! I will order again and have already told everyone about your company. Thank you!

I ordered a birthday cake from Bakery.com Initially, I had problems with my credit card payment, but the company representative Diane was very patient and helpful and the order was placed successfully. Delivery was on time, as promised. The product was visually appealing and those who got to taste the cake reported that it was a great treat. Thank you.
