I ordered this for my son who was spending his birthday with his dad in Illinois, I'm in Texas. He loved it....the thickness was just like a cake not like the mall cookie at all. It was perfect

I opened the box immediately when it arrived. The inside of the box was warm, the ice packs had totally melted and the icing had begun to separate from the little cakes. I'm sure some of the reason was because I live in Florida and the hot weather must have contributed to this, however I wish I had been told that perhaps I shouldn't order petit fours in warm weather. Either that, or they should perhaps have been packed with dry ice.

Chef's very helpful, but Cake got spoiled and damaged and it was got delivered one day lately, after the occasion, though I have paid over night delivery charge. UPS may not be best option for these deliveries. Rethink about it. I see the cake got handed over to UPS on time, but they had delivered one day late. I see tracking updates, delay is due to whether. Houston whether is damn good on delivery date, I believe update given on tracking is false. Simply an excuse by showing mistake on bad whether.

I ordered the brownie cake and had it sent to my sister for her birthday. I asked for it to be delivered on the 12th of June and it was right on time! She asked me where I had gotten it because she said "it tasted like it had just came out of the oven". I told her and she said to tell you guys thanks and it was delicious and pretty! I am so glad I found you because she lives over 100 miles away and there is no way I could be there on her birthday. It made me feel better to be able to give her something like this, and she loved it. Thanks for being there when I can't! :)

It is better to display both the net weight as well as the gross weight in the specifications. I paid 21 US dollars for this small cake.

My daughter is 1300 miles away on an AmeriCorps assignment. I've always made her birthday cakes but knew I could never get a cake there in one piece. I saw an ad for 1-800-Bakery.com and found the perfect solution. I had the large decorated birthday cookie delivered to her. It was on time and she and her roommates were thrilled! They said it was not only beautiful but delicious. Thank you so much !!

Purchased the Red Belvet cake for my wife's birthday. I was a little short on time so I ordered the next day delivery. It arrived on time and in a perfect condition. The taste was amazing - juicy and not too sweet. The cream is the best part. Will definitely order it again. Simply because it's so good
