Hi Michele - As you know this was not our fault, this was a UPS error. Diane in my office said she talked with you several times about ups saying it was the wrong address. We did our part and tried to fix the problem right away. It turned out that UPS auto corrected the zip code to wrong zip code. I am issuing you a full refund because of this UPS mistake. I would appreciate if you could change or delete this review. Did not know there was a problem till now. All the best, Chef Steve

We paid $45 to have a bday cake arrive on a Saturday. The now dry cake arrived on Monday, completely missing our daughter's birthday weekend. The company did refund our money, which is appreciated, but which in no way made up for our daughter's disappointment.

I live in Seattle and my son is going to college in upstate NY so the idea of getting a cake to him that would be fresh and in good shape when it arrived was a little challenging. I found this site online, read the reviews and decided to give it a go. The experience was GREAT! Easy to order, the cake shipped out the night before, was very well packed my son said, arrived on time and in good shape! My son said it was a big cake and that it tasted really good too!
