Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Our WS-5000 arrived without the AC adapter! Apparently, Packing Inspector #8 needs to go back to training! We called customer service immediately, the agent was kind and friendly stating the needed AC adapter would be posted that very afternoon… unfortunately it was sent via USPS which took about a week to arrive. Very disappointed that such a vital part of the system was not prioritized and shipped overnight. Purchased as a gift the joy was short lived because the unit was inoperable. Once all the parts arrived and we were able to set up our system we are happy with the actual equipment.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I own two WS-2902 weather stations, one in operation for 5 years and the new one at vacation property just replacing a ten year old system. I love the ease of installation and internet integration. Once assembled, you can be online in just a few minutes. The accuracy and reliability is superb. Highly recommended.

I received excellent support when I called to get help setting up the app on my IPhone. The lady walked me thru each step, was patient and made sure everything was working and that I had all my questions answered. Looking forward to many years of enjoying my new weather station

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is the legibility of the screen. Blue and orange on a black background ground are hard to see.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
This is my second wx station. I made the purchase of another, cheaper unit from another company which lead me to disappointment.
I am pleased with how the WX-2000 operates and the amount of devices you can add on. My only complaint is the cost of additional sensors and devices. I was hoping to see some sales or added discounts on additional sensors.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Bought this because our current Accurite keeps losing connection and freezing. This one has great range. It was easy to set up. Seems to be very accurate. The only complaint is with the app. I would like to be able to see the days low and high temp. It shows it on a graph but you have to scroll through the graph to the high and low points to find out. Would like to just have the numbers displayed.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I had a 2902 for many years and unfortunately it got damaged and had to be replaced. I decided to upgrade to the 5000. I love the ultrasonic anemometer and the fact that it is separate from the rain gauge. Allowed me to put the rain unit at a more accessible spot for cleaning. The data provided on the display is excellent although the text is very small and you need to be right on top of it to see the basic stuff like indoor/outdoor temps, rain, and wind. Other than that, I am very impressed with this system.
