Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Instructions I received were for changing the rain sensor, not changing the array itself. This led to some confusion, but I was able to work it out. Please be sure the right instructions go out with this item. Thank you.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-ARRAY Replacement Ultrasonic Anemometer, Outdoor Thermometer / Hygrometer, Solar Radiation and UV for
After six years of Arizona sun, my Array gave up the ghost. I called tech support and they helped me diagnose the issue and helped me order the replacement. Once received I installed it and had to call tech support to get it configured. They helped me out immediately and were very great to work with!!! Nice job!

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
The number of sensors is good for the price of this unit. It is easy to set up and works well and is able to maintain a connection with the display even from a distance of at least 100 feet and a couple of walls in between. One thing you should know is that the sensor array has a lifespan of about three years, so you need to plan on replacing the sensor array in that timeframe. The more robust models on the market are far more expensive.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
I was very surprised that the array is just about a complete assy, without the wind speed and direction spinners, and the pole clamps. Incredible, that Ambient Weather sells these, and for a great price. Got the array super fast, took about 10 minutes total to swap the spinners over, install battery, and sync with the base. Took me longer to get my extension ladder out to get up on the second story of the roof. My original unit has lasted years, so unless I decide to upgrade (which I really don't need to except if I want a lightning detector) this should last many more years.

remember to ground it!

Ambient Weather EZ2-35W2MC Pole Mounting Kit
the installation instructions reminded me to ground the pole and to protect the weather station from damage due to a lightning strike. The manual then suggest the need the consult with a local electrician for instructions on proper grounding. I ended up buying a 4’ copper grounding rod and grounding wire.
Maybe using PVC pipe would have been easier and gotten the station mounted on a non-lightning attracting pole.

FL sun cooked my Osprey array after 6 years of great service, but I was quickly up and running again when I received my replacement array! 1/4th the cost of a whole new unit AND it synced right up with my control panel. Nice piece of equipment and engineering. Thx!
