Sensor Array Replacement

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
My Anemometer failed after many years of service. I ordered a new array and it works great! However, to get it to connect to my indoor display required some help from technical customer support. They were terrific and in no time at all they were connected.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement Thermo-Hygrometer Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Original was about 5 years old was not reliably reporting rain fall. I have a manual rain guage nearby that I have used as a check. I just replaced the full array and this assembly. Seems to be working fine but have not had any rain yet. I could not get the new array to sync up with my display. I called but had to leave a message. I did get a call back quickly from a service person and he quickly solved my issue and got things working. Kudos for that.

Excellent quality; a couple suggestions

Ambient Weather WS-2700 Advanced Wireless Weather Station
The system is very well built and works perfectly. I would like to have two displays included in one of the purchase options; I'm not sure multiple sensors are as useful for the residential user. I also would like to see the historical barometric graph like the WS1100 model had years ago. It makes it easier to rapidly see the rate of change and history of the atmospheric pressure. I definitely recommend this weather station.

Ambient Weather WS-7078 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts
The Ambient WS-7078 is a great system. Assembly and programming was very easy, have only encountered one issue so far the array lost connection with console. Had to take the array down and reboot it. Overall a good experience thus far.

Need a WS-4000 Extension

Ambient Weather WeatherMount Weather Station Mount
I like it, but you need to create an extension piece that allows it to be used with the WS-4000. I might have purchased a WS-4000 today, instead of parts to repair my WS-2000, if you had such an extension.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
After several years for reliable service the AC adapter on my weather station died. Ambient had the replacement parts and filled the order quickly. This is the second time I’ve needed replacement parts for my weather station and both times Ambient’s response was quick and resolve the issue.

Ambient Weather Network Weather Hub
I have used another company's now discontinued product for ob=ver a decade, but chose Ambient going forward because of their selection of practice devices to achieve the goal of tracking my weather over the internet. This device works well and connects me to the numerous neighborhood devices that I did not know were there.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
Customer service was great. I had thought that I needed a new unit after we lost electricity momentarily one evening. I explained what my unit was doing, and was assured that it was the AC adapter itself, not the unit. New plug and the unit works good as new.

Working out of the box
Verified Buyer
Like easy setup to base station and adjustment to the closest EPA air monitor. I live in an area with wildfires and dry summers so often it is smokey and dusty. Not sure it will change my outdoor activities, but information is always good and it is fun to watch. No dislikes.
