Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-5000 Rain Gauge
little difficult to get tightened around the edge so it would stay. I think the holes for The spikes should be molded right into the plastic cup. also the spikes move from there position in a strong wind when you bend the spikes.

Works as advertised. The setup is cumbersome, but then again it’s not Apple.

Ambient Weather WS-2700 Advanced Wireless Weather Station
I had a similar thing, but the outside sensor was infested with ants and no longer functional. This unit is much more detailed, including indicators for Barometric pressure and phase of the moon.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
I bought the collar with spikes to put on the rain funnel. Initially, I did not bend the spikes as y'all suggested. I wanted to know if it was necessary. HA! HA! The twirp is a mockingbird I named MB (original!!). These birds are pretty small, and agile, so MB succeeded in getting around the vertical spikes. He left less poop, but he also dropped in a couple of seeds in that were not quite 1/4" diameter! The seeds couldn't get through the hole of the funnel with the poop there, so ... Now, I have bent the spikes. I feel more confident that this bending will be more successful. My next option is to add electrical tape around and above most of the collar, similar to what I had successfully used before purchasing & attaching the collar & spikes. We'll see! Check back with me in a couple of weeks. I'd shoot MB, but I don't have a gun & I'd be a lousy shot!! The twirp, MB, actually flies & lands near me, within 10', and chirps at me. I think he's laughing!

Ambient Weather WS-2801A Advanced Wireless Color Forecast Station with Temperature, Humidity and Barometer
I like it. omly 2 problems. The icon for RCR is not on all the tume. It took 3 days for it to show up the first time and was only on for one day. Two days later it came on and now is off again. Sometimes the weather icons do not match the weather. Over all I like it.

Nice weather station but I only wish Ambient let me know that I had the option to purchase additional consoles right from the getgo. One in the house, one in the barn, and one in the workshop is what I needed. It took a couple of weeks more by purchasing them seprately..separately... other than that, really nice station...

I actually ordered it to use on a CoCoRaHS rain gauge to keep birds away. It works great!
Also have one on my Ambient weather station. Works great there also.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WC Replacement Wind Cups, WS-1900, WS-2000 and WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
The new unit works fine. Seems a bit over the top expensive for something that obviously costs them a buck to make and ship from China.

It was just some silicone thread/gasket seal for the hot tub Temp sensor. So far the weather station is working fine and I have access to all sensors. Your customer service has been great, keep up the good work.

Placement is limited in that it needs both sunlight but can also not be exposed to rain either. Seems to operate correctly. I have to sometime move it around to it get some sunlight.

Ambient Weather EZ-125-35M 35" Mast Extension
It would be nice if there were some marking on the pole that I could line up with the North indicator in the weather station because I had reach up high to put it in the mount on top of the roof and was guess which was was North because I couldn’t see it since my ladder only went so far up.
