Great appreciation to Mr. Matthew & Mr. Eric for helping me to connect to my Wi-Fi, just can't get it connected. It would be nice to use that feature.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I've only been running it a month or so, but so far it's been working as advertised. I've had a few issues that required tech support and they were able to resolve them both (one with simple email exchanges and the other was phone support/return for a faulty item). The rain gauge is accurate on rainfall over .01" as compared to a manual CoCoRaHS rain gauge. Only time will tell if this gauge will last in the sun and rain but I remain hopeful!

Excellent product and excellent customer service. You guys were out of the extra monitors when I purchased my WS-2000 station and honored the add on price when they came back in stock. Really appreciate that and love the weather station. Thanks and keep up the great work!!

Hg reading isn't right yet. It reads 25-26 instead of 29-30. Otherwise, everything about it is great!

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Overall am very pleased with my Ambient weather system. Reason for the 4 stars vs 5 is it seems to record a little higher temperature then it should during sunny days. It seems I am always a few degrees warmer then surrounding temps and official city temps in nearby towns and cities. During cloudy or overcast days my temps seem to be more aligned to surrounding temps.
