Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Although it has been in service for only a few weeks, this far it is awesome. The local water supplier uses the data for their treatment as we are on the watershed and vet near the reservoir. I have a lot of neighbors using the data also. Setup was easy and data transfer is fast. Helps in our farm operation too.

Purchased the system 2 1/2 years ago and like the system so well that I bought the second console to expand the system and see data from another location in the house.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I am very pleased with the WS 5000 weather station. Simple and easy to get the station up and running. Signal strength is strong for all sensors, unlike other weather stations that I had in the past. Display console is loaded with data and very informative. Its a great weather station.

Ambient Weather WS-5300-C Wireless Home Weather Station (Console Only) for WS-5300, WS-5305, WS-2080, WS-2080A, WS-2090, WS-2
Collects an excellent array of data and a good selection of views. The precipitation has tended to read just a hundredth or two below my highly calibrated gauge; I assume that is reflecting partial "buckets" that haven't tripped.

Ambient Weather WH31SM Soil Moisture Sensor for WS-2000, WS-5000 Weather Stations
The WH31SM is great for measuring soil humidity. I would really like for the moisture sensors to be able to be renamed on the console. It would make keeping track of them so much easier.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I purchased my WS2000 a couple weeks ago directly from Ambient. Fast service for delivery. Setup was easy. Using an existing 6 ft pole on my property took under 20 min. I had two issues so far. Lightning sensor (optional additional sensor) required me to update my firmware before it communicated effectively. Second I had to do a hard boot after about a week as my wind speed was not communicating well at night. The phone support from both people was fantastic. Their knowledge and patience are hard to find in anyone now. Each contact they gave specific instructions which resolved the issue, and they are giving the support in Arizona speaking native Engiljsh. The station is a great value, the support is superb. Thank you Ambient for an excellent value

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
This is my second Ambient station. I was intrigued by the ultrasonic wind unit -- no moving parts. Two units to mount on a pole; that was easy to do. Display unit booted right up and connected to the roof units as well as indoor sensors. Lots of possible add-ons. The ultrasonic wind unit as delivered reported huge wind gusts on quiet days, but support explained how to calibrate it and it is much better now though still a bit sensitive.
There is a manual with the unit and it is helpful enough. Kudos to Ambient. But the manual is full of mistakes. Rather ruins those kudos.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
The rainspike is an elegant solution for birds perching on my weather station. I love birds mind you, but not at the expense of accurate weather. The rainspike kit is very simple to install and discourages (but does not harm) birds from landing on the rain collection cup. Brilliant.
