Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Took a bit to get everything set up right. Manual was fairly helpful- didn’t get much in the way of replies to my emails, but I eventually got everything. I have six other sensors around the property in outbuildings- the signal travels quite a ways and through the building walls without any problems. Highly recommend.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I love it. It was easy to set up. It was more difficult to find a place for permanent installation. Builds, trees, etc. can make a dramatic difference. Once you find that spot, check for signal strength before build a permanent structure.
I really like the network feature. I can access other Ambient weather stations all around the country. There are, literally, 100+ stations within 30 miles. I can look at their dashboards to see if I need a jacket, raincoat or shorts. It’s a good thing.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
My WS-5000 has been in operation for about 6 months now, and I couldn't be happier with it. My previous weather station was an Accurite system and the 5000 beats that system hands down. I can see the outside temperature and not laugh at it now. I can feel the wind nearly blow me over and see 30mph on the 5000 vs about 20mph with the Accurite. Ultrasonic wind speed is the way to go; no friction, no inertia. Setup and connecting to wunderground.com was easy. The 5000 might be the more expensive station that they offer but in my opinion is worth every penny. I have my rain gauge mounted on a different pole near the main sensors and am ordering the bird spike to keep the birds from pooping on/in the rain gauge. You'll probably want that.
