Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I have not been able to get the remote working on my computer, other than that the unit works great!

I do like it quite a bit. Great screen, fairly easy setup, seems accurate and reliable. The only things I would say need improvement are the AWNet app which could use modernizing a bit as well as the browser app.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
My 2902c has been installed for a few weeks now. It has weathered a 10 inch snowfall lasting several days and is still working as advertised. It was not too difficult to install. Used an optional tripod and mast extension mounted on the ground. I'm also using an 9000 non internet console along the the console provided with the 2902c for use in another part of the house. Every thing is hooked up, talking to my consoles and to the internet and to Ambient Weather and Weather Underground successfully. The reporting is accurate. I'm pleased with my purchase.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
Have had the WS-5000 for a little over a week and like it very much. It is compact, seems well built, and has a handsome and informative monitor. It was easy to set up along with the app and web page. I have already added 8 additional temperature/humidity monitors and was pleased to see they work even from a building about 150 feet away and from inside the fridge and freezer in the house.

The product itself is very good but the setup (for web access) was difficult and confusing. The wind speed isn’t quite accurate but overall the system is worth the price.
The only other issue (that most will not experience) is when using this system connected to the internet, the time you set manually is overwritten by your local time zone. Unfortunately my time zone is not recognized by the system and therefore is always 30 minutes ahead or behind depending on the nearest time zone I choose.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I’ve had the WS-2902C for about 2 months and everything is working perfectly. The rain gauge has been particularly useful for ensuring my lawn irrigation system is working properly. Integration with Weather Underground and the Ambient app has also been flawless. Highly recommended.

Several minor frustrations assembling, with the holes in the plastic not being quite large enough for the screws to insert without putting more pressure on them than felt safe; U-bolt with misthreaded end. Both of those were successfully repaired/replaced. Then ongoing difficulties getting the console to connect to the sensor. The support staff was great - and figured out the console was defective, so we got that replaced. Now it is all working correctly, and we like it.

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I am a little concerned with battery life on this unit - it only lasted a few months in the Icelandic winter, but I could have installed poor quality batteries. The station is working great - and being ultrasonic there are no moving parts. Top notch build quality. I am not worried at all even if we get 40 m/sec gusts or more. We had issues before with the less expensive weather stations. The wind scoops and/ or wind direction meters would just break off in the worst of weathers. No issues with this unit.

This weather station is everything I needed. Expandable. Can buy more displays and devices. Awesome customer support. My only issue is that secondary displays are hard to read.

Wifi with remote accessable and accurate data that is only limited by the storage card capacity. This is so much better than the acurite weather station which fell apart in two years.

I love it! Love the screens and all of the information they provide. The WiFi capabilities and being able to check the station from the app is a great feature as well. Definitely a huge upgrade over my previous station
