Ambient Weather WS-5000-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-5000 Rain Gauge
I was having problems with the rain gauge not reading anything in a rain event. The caws turned out to be birds clogging the funnel. Mostly crows.... This seems to have worked to discourage them.

AWN+ Annual Subscription – Premium Weather Insights
For about 4 months now, I have not been able to add my station to AWN and no one knows why. I'm at a lost but still use the AWN.

The WH31E worked right out of the box. A little patience is required when interfacing with the WS-5000 Display Console when setting up the Sensor ID and Name. Also, it may take up to 24 hours to determine the signal strength/quality between the sensor and the display console. However, once set up, the unit has worked properly with no interruption.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I’ve recorded precipitation via a cylindrical device for over a year, with dubious results, based on local “official measurements” and neighboring device totals. It’s too early to tell which device is accurate, but early returns indicate my $10 device from Amazon is not accurate. Regardless, I appreciate the Ambient Weather device and its various metrics that are remotely available in the comfort of my living room. Thumbs up!

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
I purchased the WS-2902 array to replace a failing WS-5000 array. It⁸⁸⁸ had multiple problems. The solar panel had leaked and no longer functioned, draining batteries. The ultrasonic wind speed sensor never worked properly even when it was new. The WS-2902 works well and was simple to install on my existing pole. It paired to my WS-5000 display console and immediately started showing temp and wind data. I much prefer the wind cup design, it registers even the slightest breeze, plus the wind vane adds posiitive direction indication. I encountered one problem during the assembly of the array. The plastic wind cup spindle is too small and does' fit on the rotor shaft. You must gently ream the hole a bit until it can be pushed onto the shaft. Other than that issue, the array works fine.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I love my new Ambient Weather WS-2902 weather station, which replaces an 8-year-old model whose sensors were starting to fail. The outdoor data-collectors (rain gauge, wind anemometer and direction sensors, air pressure, etc) are sturdy and reliable. The inside-house display is large and clear and shows all the key weather indicators I want to follow. I especially like the remote app that lets me see what's happening at my house when I'm away.
I love it!

AccuWeather® WS-2902 Ambient Weather System
It’s better than the LaCrosse unit it replaces. Seems accurate, has a rain gauge (upgrade) and has no difficulties working with WiFi, which the LaCrosse unit never did.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Product arrived promptly in good shape. After reading the manual several times, I assembled and set up the station outside. It doesn't rain much in the mountains in western AZ, but the atmospheric river this week dumped a lot on us. The weather station measured rain well and in quite welcome volumes!

Installation was fairly easy despite erratic info in supplied literature requiring frequent page flipping. Better you have someone unfamiliar with the product assist the writer, you assume too much.
