CoCoRaHS RG202 Long Term Professional Rain Gauge and Snow Gauge
I am a daily reporter to CoCoRaHS (over 3600 reports) and purchased this as a back-up to the gauge currently in use. Over time the Lexan is affected by ultraviolet rays causing crazing. The more crazing: the harder to read the gauge. Also, I have a WS-2000 which was not reporting outdoor temperature or rainfall. I was more than satisfied of the customer service to get the station back on-line I purchased the rain gauge as a thank-you to Ambient Weather. Thank-you!

Ambient Weather WS-5000 Ultrasonic Professional Smart Weather Station & Thermo Hygrometer
I am really enjoying this weather station. Very easy to set up, mounted on the solid base stand with a mast extension to get height above the roof. I rent so it is on my second floor deck. Still learning the networking and prediction parts, but already getting data for my house. And the lightning detector is quite accurate so I was able to see from the closest hit the storm was moving away. Worth every penny and so many other sensors I can add.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
I have a WS-5000 station and the display screen went out. After researching it on the web I gave them a call and actually talked to a HUMAN! Quick discussion, and I ordered the $20 power supply and am back up and running. Thanks for understanding what “customer service “ means.

I called customer service and got immediate help. The person listened to my description of the problem and immediately knew what the issue was and assisted me to order a replacement on the same call. I am hoping that the new supply will last even longer than the original one. Thanks!

I have a well house that is 213 away from the house. The console is on the other side of the house, making the total distance 256 feet, with 2 large windows, but no additional walls between. The well house is metal. I had previously tried to use a different Ambient Weather sensor inside the well house, with no success. We needed to monitor the inside temperature of the well house, in case the heater fails during our freezing winter. This monitor, with the probe, was recommended by another user. We tried it out yesterday, just by holding the sensor up near the top of the well house. The console read it just fine. We are so happy that it will go that distance, and since the probe is at the end of a 10' cord, the probe can be inside the well house, with the sensor on the outside. Wish we had known about this particular sensor a long time ago, so we could have avoided having the well pipes freeze during a -9F week one year.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
This is the 2nd weather station we have purchased. The first one was purchased in 2018 and has worked great. When the weather wind cups started wobbling, we decided to replace it with a new one just like the old one. Once I got the new one, I had a minor issue putting the weather station together. I called the technical support number and after a little discussion, we were able to determine the problem. They sent me the new piece to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I was able to put the unit together and it has worked great.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-CONSOLE Console Only, WS-5000 Wireless Weather Station
A little finnicky to set up as the interface is very early 2000's. but it packs a ton of functionality and information in a very small and well made package. Just make sure you plug it in to a surge protected outlet, I had to move my first unit temporarily and forgot to use a protected power strip. Sadly, it was blown out during a storm hence me having to buy a replacement.
