Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
After using a different brand weather station for many years I wanted something new, and this has been working perfectly so far! Easy to set up and connect to WiFi, no issues with connection. Some of the numbers on the screen are a little small and hard to read, otherwise the screen looks great. The app works well too.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY Replacement Sensor Array, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Wireless Weather Station
The first weather station lasted for 5 years, and was sun baked in Florida. The monitor station inside was still like new, so I only bought the outside array. Once I replaced my old one, it was one push of a button for 5 seconds, to pair the new array to the old monitor. I’m back in business!!

the newer monitor

My thoughts on the monitor screen is that the size of each different unit should be more in proportion to the frequency of usage. The indoor and outdoor temps should be the biggest. Date and time next. Probably the UV and solar radiation the smallest.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-THERMOHYGRO-ASSEMBLY Replacement Thermo-Hygrometer Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
It arrived quickly but I had to make a call to customer tech service to fully understand how to disconnect the old and reconnect the new. It would have been helpful if there were printed instructions included in the box. That being said I was able to complete the swap and my weather station is back up and running.

Power is now fine on control center. But rain gauge will not measure after putting new batteries in it.

WH31L Lightning Detector Works Perfectly

Ambient Weather WH31L Lightning Detector for Models WS-2000, WS-5000
I purchased this lightning detector to complement my WS-5000. I’ve had a few thunderstorms and it has been extremely accurate. I monitored the storms on radar, and confirmed that it started reporting strikes when the storms entered the 25 mile radius. Then, I used https://www.blitzortung.org/en/ to compare the actual strike count with my strike count and confirmed they are extremely close. I mine is mounted underneath the weather station on the pole, inside the WH31-SRS solar radiation shield. I left the sensitivity set at the default and it worked flawlessly.

Ambient Weather WS-4000 Solar Powered UltraSonic Wi-Fi Weather Station
Overall pretty happy with it. Wireless connected easily as did all the sensors. Works as it should.
The user interface is a bit clunky, but I prioritize it working smoothly and reliably over aesthetics.
I like having the display screen - for a quick glance at the weather. Would like to see a forecast and a touch screen which it does not have. Have to go on the app for that. The hardware appears to be top notch.

So far, so good. Lots of weather information but it's a must to down load the manual to set up before use.
