Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
My machine was making a high pitch sound and I couldn’t figure it out. I was ready to pitch it but thought I would call your support department first. The tech was very helpful. He had me try several things and said if they didn’t resolve the issue it was likely the power cord. Yes, indeed it was the power cord, a very inexpensive fix.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
1st lcd would not power up. But, they sent us a new one without issue and everything has been working great since. Adding the freezer module next so looking forward to that.

Wish it would read in the 6 to 12" depth.

Ambient Weather WH31SM Soil Moisture Sensor for WS-2000, WS-5000 Weather Stations
We live in a semidesert area. The surface soil moisture will dry fast but subsurface will often have enough moisture for plants to thrive. Wish the probe was longer to read soil moisture the 6 to 12" depth for orchards and deep rooted crops.

The monitor screen may need better lighting. Tilting the screen slightly makes viewing more difficult.

Weather cam works well - setup troublesome
Verified Buyer
The cam does work well, but I had to go thru a week of tech support to get the pictures to show. The support team was very responsive, and helpful, but there was a lot of back and forth. Note that in my case the problems were all on ambientWeathers end, so it feels like there are some manual steps that must happen.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-ARRAY-ASSEMBLY Replacement Array Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
My array got infested with spiders and it went out. Looked on the website and there it was!!! I couldn't believe it. Ordered it, and it was delivered in a few days. Well packaged and all in order. It was an exact replacement. It works great and is easy to pair with the console. I would HIGHLY recommend Ambient to anyone !!!!!

hardware is good - but a few notes to consider
Verified Buyer
Ambient Weather Network Solar Wi-Fi Weather Camera
Setting up the hardware was easy - but the VMS software provided did not work with windows 11 (which should include almost everyone now) - support had an update to try which worked as advertised- so they have a solution- recommend the updated software should be the standard now - even when you get your camera going on your weather station, it takes a very long time for your images to be approved for the public - I am still waiting after 2 weeks
