Ambient Weather WS-2000-CONSOLE Console Only, Compatible with WS-2000, WS-1900, WS-2902 Series
Bought this unit thinking I was upgrading to a better overall unit with a better display visually and easier setup. Not !!
The display is better visually than the original version as far as being able to see it from angles or distance but the setup takes an expert from customer support. Jordan from technical support was magnificent. Very knowledgeable and patient. Many thanks are in order.

Station raises and lowers lanai screens.
Verified Buyer
Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Outdoor lanai screens protect our lanai from water by lowering them; but the screens have to be raised when wind speeds exceed the safe mph. We use our weather station IN COMBINATION WITH IFTTT tion app. included with the weather station app. so when the weather station senses rain, may screens are immediately lowered. I’m during the rain, mevent, the winds exceed 22mph (our selected setting), the screens are immediately raised to apvoid wind damage that could occur. for the reason alone, the weather station works perfectly. ONLY NEGATIVE is that it is almost impossible to read the backlit screen on the station, even when it is set to brightest level. So the monitor is kind of useless. Other than that, the station looks great and is super easy to set up. If the monitor was readable, I would rate the system a 5+ STARS.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAIN-ASSEMBLY Replacement Rain Gauge Assembly, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902, WS-2902A
Installing the plug was quite a chore and the color contrasts sharply with the rest of my pretty old unit. But did respond when I poked it with a thin stick—so good so far.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
Was easy to mount and although typing on the console when setting up can be a bit slow, the process for the most part was easeful. Connection to Wunderground, the Ambient Network, and a handful of others was easeful as well. The connection between the unit and console is strong and the system seems solid for the approximate month I've owned it. I had an Accurite 5n1 prior to this and decided to upgrade to the WS-2000 after performance issues with the Acurite sensors. Love it so far. Solid purchase.

Ambient Weather WS-5000-ARRAY Replacement Ultrasonic Anemometer, Outdoor Thermometer / Hygrometer, Solar Radiation and UV for
This array replaced a 3 year old unit that died after 3 major hurricanes and lots Florida sunshine. It connected to my display with no problem once I removed the old Array from the list of active devices.
The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the quality of the plastic used. After 3 years in the sun, it was brittle and screen under the solar charger was rusted. Plastics and stainless steel come in different grades, and I would recommend that Ambient look into this for future products.
