Ambient Weather WS-4000 Solar Powered UltraSonic Wi-Fi Weather Station
The ultrasonic wind sensor and the haptic rain sensor seems like a significant upgrade over the mechanical sensors. The wireless works fine and having the system data on a phone app is very nice.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-AC Replacement AC Adapter, WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
I tried another adapter with the same specs, but the weather base station still didn’t function. When I used the Ambient adapter the base station sprang to life once again.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-RAINSPIKE Bird Spike Kit for WS-1550-IP, WS-1900, WS-2000, WS-2902 and WS-2902A Rain Gauge
We haven't reached nesting season yet in Wisconsin, but May isn't far off. Last year I put my weather station sensor array on a 20 ft flagpole during the summer, so nesting season was over, but I'm aware it's coming for 2025. The 40 mph wind gusts of February having knocked my sensor array and flagpole to the ground I noted the bird spike kit offered by Ambient Weather when I ordered a new sensor array and decided to buy one. I'm impressed. I couldn't imagine how they were going to attach spikes to the rain funnel, but it's quite clever. A narrow self-locking stainless-steel band holds the 5 spike retainers around the funnel and then you simply press the 10 spikes into the vinyl retainers and bend them inward toward the center of the funnel, so that birds can't land in the funnel. They give you a spare stainless-steel band just in case. Good job Ambient Weather.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WV Replacement Wind Vane, WS-1900, WS-2000 and WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
Part was just what I needed (no idea why the original blew off, or maybe a bird absconded with it - lol). Customer service was very helpful in pointing me to the part. My only complaint is $17.50 for a molded plastic part with a set screw in it is be excessive.
