looks like a very nice unit. Too early to evaluate. One area of concern is the display.
does not appear that the display color combination lends it self to bright areas.
I will take suggestions on this

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
I just moved to our new house in the country and wanted a local weather station because the closest weather report I was able to get was over 30 miles away. I've been very pleased with the WS2000 weather station. The hardest part for me was finding a good place to set it up on our property.

Ambient Weather WS-2902-WC Replacement Wind Cups, WS-1900, WS-2000 and WS-2902 Wireless Weather Station
I was needing the bearing, this one is dry and needs more wind to get it to turn. After I ordered this wind Cup I realized the bearing was built into the assembly. So if I want an accurate wind readings I will have to replace the whole assembly.😵💫😵💫😬😭.
As for as the unit it has been more or less trouble free for SIX years.
I have really enjoyed this weather station.
The service was excellent.

Ambient Weather WS-2000 Smart Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
The only drawback with the WS2000 weather station is the wired console. With the battery technology of today there’s no need to have a wired console. Storm comes in the power goes out and the system is useless and placement in the home would be so much better. Also the manual is very vague with instructions in areas but especially when it comes to adding a weather server.

Ambient Weather WS-4000 Solar Powered UltraSonic Wi-Fi Weather Station
Got this and have it mounted. So far I’m happy with it. I had to change the setting for the rain gauge and will see how it reads against my cup gauge. May have to adjust, don’t know yet. But it’s easy to operate. They don’t offer bird spikes for the 4000. Hope the birds leave it alone. Guess that’s my biggest concern at this point.

Ambient Weather WS-2902 Home Weather Station with WiFi Remote Monitoring and Alerts & Thermo Hygrometer
We bought the WS-2902D because we like our WS-2902C so much. It’s more accurate than the expensive weather station we have from another company, and also it’s easy to set up and install. The ability to check weather conditions remotely using the iPhone app and the browser are really wonderful.

Ambient Weather WS-4000 Solar Powered UltraSonic Wi-Fi Weather Station
This is my fourth in a long series of weather stations. I have found that ambient weather produces the stations that I like the best and have lasted the longest over the years. This one is very unique, and appears to be the most accurate of any of the systems I have bought. I’m a home hobbiest and not a professional weatherman. Amazingly it links up with an older model screen that I have used. I highly recommend this system for anyone, like me, who’s a home hobbiest, and wants a simple yet accurate system.
