Got the part I ordered for the rain gauge replacement, but unfortunately, I was unable to connect it as the connectors are so flimsy that one of the wires broke on the main board. I will now have to get a whole new weather station.

I feel the description of the mounting kit could be better. Wasn't clear that the 35" extension kit was just 3 more 14" pieces. Not a very sturdy set-up in my opinion.

Good equipment and good instructions for hardware setup. Instructions to setup ambient weather network is confusing if you’re not good with computers.

I ordered the cord for the heater that came with the array. Kinda pricey, and can’t quite understand why a cord would not be included. But either way, ordering was easy and shipping was quick. I do like the product.

The package was shipped with a shipping company's name on the shipment. The notices I got was a package from the shipping company was coming. I didn't know it was my Ambient order until it arrived.

Very disappointed with the customer service. My order came missing some critical pieces and when I called to get the order fixed I was offered very little help. Was told to send an email and that they would get back to me in about a week.
No apologies, no statement that they would work to make this right, nothing.
Very disappointed, at this point I can’t recommend anyone to do business with Ambient.

Easy shopping; replacing older unit with poor buttons to change features. Easy to set up; backlighting great for a late night peek at the conditions.
