product is garbage and support is absolutely not helpful. I purchased the WS 5000 because of the extended range, but even with a range of 65 feet one sensor keeps disconnecting.

The display unit works great now that I have purchased a new power cord.

Please identify the shipper in order to track shipping information. Also please remove the semicolon after tracking number so just the tracking number is “copy / pasted”

I found it difficult to navigate what was actually included in the purchase. Videos and images with products show more than what is actually in the “package”. It wasn’t clear what was standard and what was accessories. The recipient of the gift had not yet set up the product.

This purchase was to replace a unit which had a known defect and would not be replaced by manufacturer.

It's easy to shop from the ambient website! Shopping directly from the website ensures I get add-ons for the weather station I have.

It was bought as a Christmas gift and has not yet been opened to the best of my knowledge. We had a previous station of the same model which worked well for several years but the plastic cracked in the weather destroying the solar panel. We will be replacing it.
