I bought the upgrade and it still is not working. Plus I have received no support…

The items I purchased were adequately packed, shipping is not lightning fast but the sensors did arrive in good condition.

Great to have a weather station that provides accurate real time and historical weather data!!

Easy to purchase online. Fairly easy setup of outdoor unit.

Was supposed to receive purchase on Wednesday, 17 Dec 24 but never received it. Received another email stating it would be here today on Saturday, 21 Dec 24, but still haven't received it. May have to order from somewhere else to get what I purchased.

I ordered 2 weather stations and only received 1. Was billed for 2. Called Ambient and was instructed to make photos of everything I received and send to them. I did this and was told shortly after that the missing item would be shipped to me immediately. Have not received it yet. The low rating is for not shipping the item at first shipment.

Temperature sensor did not come with installation instructions. I guess they are on the website…?

Very smooth, my previous purchase was not in the history so I was confused whether I bought prior to the August 2022 or whatever. But lucky me I guessed correctly.

Easy to buy from. Shipped promptly and arrived in excellent condition. Not much more to add.

After 3 years of use, the rain gauge on my weather station was no longer working, even after I cleaned it out. According to the manual. It took me awhile to find out the alternatives online. But I finally found that I was supposed to order a new one. I did. The new one came with no instructions whatsoever. I emailed the company to see if there were any instructions but none ever came back from the company. I found a video on the compan ies that showed how to take it apart but not how to put it together. I also found that in the video they said don't forget to reset it when you're done, but they didn't describe how to do that. All in all, way too difficult to accomplish something that should be simple.

I purchased WS-2902D which is everything I was looking for, very pleased. Had some operational questions which Tim resolved quickly and accurately.

My big mistake was purchasing the station and WEATHERMOUNT directly from Ambient Weather. I ended up not needing the WEATHERMOUNT and requested an RGA which was approved, BUT, there was a $26.41 return charge. Had I purchased them from Amazon, there would not have been a return charge. Because of this, I am keeping the WEATHERMOUNT but I'm not happy. Thus the low rating.

Nice and orderly. Good communications for shipping and receiving. Timely arrival. Product installed via good instructions in an orderly and correct manner.

Bought the windspeed cups part. Fair price Arrived fast, fit perfectly. Boom. Up to speed

It does a great job of recording the weather. Easy to set up. Good customer support.

Great temperature sensor, but the instructions are worthless. How do you allow your business name be printed on those Chinese written instructions with worthless screenshots that are paired with indecipherable instructions. I can make a one page set of instructions that anyone could get their new sensor up and running...why can't Ambient?

Staff response to questions was quick and thorough. Ordering of replacement parts was easy and received parts promptly. The replacement was easy to install, and the weather station was up and running in no time. Thanks.

The hardware works. The technology seems to be way worse — the Connect and registration are laughably complicated. A QR cold could just take care of all the hasse

I purchased the Lightning detector. It came fast and was packed correctly with all items needed for installation.
Very happy with purchase.
Only thing I wish the instructions stepped you through setup and that it needed to be re-registered sensor to the console. It took me a couple of hours to figure that out.

I bought the Weather Hub from AWN because my Ambient console was no longer connected to the internet when I needed to change my ISP and modem. Setting up the Weather Hub was a nightmare. I am very tech savvy and have loads of experience troubleshooting software issues, etc. on many platforms. First of all the illustrations in the documentation that came with the Hub are printed too dark to be legible. The written instructions are reasonably clear, but in at least a half dozen tries of opening a browser window and entering 192.168.4.1 the procedure stalled. After about two hours of trying, I finally got past that step, but once again it hung at the step of entering the username “admin." I called your technical support and they confirmed that I was doing everything correctly. After a couple more hours of trying, I finally got to the step to Connect a New Device, and was successful in completing the setup. It should not take that long for such a simple installation. I would urge you to improve the documentation that comes with the Hub and to examine what may have been the cause of the installation stalling.

Very much appreciate the customer service I received!
