We are very happy with our new WS5000, so far it’s the best weather station we have owned. Had an issue with the sunrise/sunset feature (I made a mistake in the settings), Matt M. talked me through the fix, through several emails. He also answered another question for me. In my opinion, that’s pretty great customer service!!

This feedback is related to the purchase process. My order is NOT reflected in my online account. I sent a request to resolve, however per the reply this issue is apparently not fixable? Really? I don't understand why.

Ordered a part by mistake. Tried to cancel the order before it would be processed and sent out. Couldn't immediately cancel. Part shipped anyway. Now it costs me $10 to print the return label and send it back.

1st, I wasn’t told to send the old one back until later, plus it also cost me $15. to send it back last week, I was charged $80. for the Rain Gauge, and still don’t have one that works. I still don’t know if I’m going to get another one.

I asked for help. Got none. Purchased one of the best weather stations, failed in less than 2 years. Purchased replacement. I own 2 Davis Vantage Pro stations that have to be close to 20 years old and have spent about $20.00 on them in all this time. They even fixed an issue with a 10 year old system for the price of shipping. That’s customer service!

So far, terrible. Ordered two moisture sensors for my WS5000. Was charged for both, received only one in the box. Packing.list said two, credit card showed two, but only one in box. Let Ambient know, and a few days later got an email response demanding photos of box and packing list.no sorry, no "we'll make it right", nothing. Super bad taste in mouth so far after having used their products for years.

Bought a weather cam. All the instructions in the package pointed to the wrong webpage for the software download. Called the company on a Monday at 11am. Guess what no one answered in tech support nor on the other option for sales. Had to wait for a call back an hour later after I left a message. Then spent over 30 mins on the phone with tech support to get the camera connected as it refused to connect to the service for the first 3 attempts. Must be some fly by night company that sells weather stations for $400 that are made by some company in China. Expected better than this from them. Like answering the phone when someone calls.
