Staff was incredibly helpful! I gave this to my son for his birthday, he was beyond thrilled! Let’s see how it works in the coming months, but I hope it fulfills all his expectations

They are great. However they shipped my part USPS and they sent my package all over the place and it arrived latter than expected.

The shopping experience was great. Easy order and fast delivery even though it was right before Christmas. Still too early to judge the WS 4000, but so far so good.

I find it a bit suspicious that I can't just replace a tempature sensor even though everything else on the array works just fine also interesting that this "failure" happens just a few months past the 2 year warranty.

Excellent experience…arrived 10 days earlier than promised (about 4 days after order), extensive, mostly helpful instructions for hardware assembly, mounting and wi-fi setup. The entire setup went smoothly and without a hitch. Connectivity was almost immediate, sensor array (which looks very much like the Starship Discovery from the Star Trek series of the same name) is mounted about 40’ (12 meter) from a mesh network extender. The receiver has a decent GUI that automatically sets time, date, day, time zone, DST, Also had a neat APP which has a complete dashboard which displays all sensor data in tabs or graphs. I have not become totally familiar with it’s complete features or the ‘Social Media’ aspect which allow the sharing of the weather data as well as the ability to view other stations that are on the social network. Haven’t had time yet to investigate the security aspects of this social network. Overall I’m pretty happy with it!

Shopping experience was great. Set up of the 2000 weather station was difficult due to an inadequate installation manual. For example, the "quick start" guide in the manual referred to sections that were not there. Installation is fairly intuitive, except the device user interface is primitive and the manual is not a helpful guide. I spent a few wasted hours figuring out how to do set up. The manual does not even mention the phone app.
