My rotor went out in my house and I got a new router. And as a result, my ambient weather would not go online. After some conversation back-and-forth with your support team. They decided that I had to upgrade because mine wouldn't do it anymore. So I upgraded to a different one. And I now have everything working just fine. I sent my old one back and I was supposed to get a $35 Rebate and have not seen that. Was wondering what happened otherwise I say the service was very good. Thank you.

A Christmas present from Alyssa to me. Box arrived in good shape and contents safe. Unpacked and assembled easily and seems to work well.

I have just finished installing my 3rd outdoor sending unit in 2-years. The previous 2 failed after severe weather here in SW FL. My new unit was successful in communicating with my indoor receiver. But my indoor receiver continues to alarm/beep constantly. I am unable to fix this, and contacted Ambient for help 2-days ago. No response! I am frustrated and angry.
