I cannot get the outside temp to display. I called tech support 2 days ago and STILL have not heard back from anyone. Grrr

you got the job done! thanks

I would have given this 5 stars but there were no instructions included. I found an excellent video from Ambient Weather on YouTube. I suggest putting a QR code in the box with annual maintenance kit.

Fast response and shipping. Easy to add to station. No issues.

Works perfectly and easy to set up

The physical weather station is okay, after only a few days with it installed. Single unit made it easy to install.
Then things go downhill. Poorly translated instruction manual says this about installation: "There are four alphabet letters of "N", "E", "S", "W" around the wind direction, . . " There are no letters, only marks. And so what? The "WEST" and arrow dictate orientation. So what is the point of this non-discussion?

But that is only the tip of the iceberg. WIFI connection is basically useless. It only helps with initial calibration and then sends the data to the AWN. This function provides zero capability for me to access, use, and most importantly archive my own weather data. With the previous unit, WS-1080, I had built up over 10 years of good, solid data including NWS style reports, and had created my own web page to view my weather data. No longer. AWN dictates the display and annoyingly will not allow me to see yesterday's precipitation. I found that an important piece of data. This "event" precipitation is quite useless, as no time frame is included. Big thing is the loss of my data record.

WIFI sounds good but is basically worthless. And from things I see, down the road I will have to pay to view my own data.

Color me very disappointed.

My station display kept starting and stopping. The new power cord fixed the problem.

Items arrived on time and in excellent condition.

This is my second purchase of the 2902. The first one stood up to the Florida sun for 7 years, where we left it in still working condition with the people who bought our home. You can put the station yards away from the console as it has exceptional wifi range. I'd recommend the bird spike kit as they like to use the rain dish as a toilet.

We lost the funnel and purchased a new one, which works perfectly.

Had the replacement part I needed. Fit perfectly.

no problems

Fast response. Part was in stock and shipped quickly.
Thanks!

Challenging to find the right part, hard to order, paid to ship and the problem is the whole tower not just the temp sensor but no returns. It’s only been up about a year and a half

My WS-2000 weather station encountered a problem. After a few power outages, it would attempt to restate but would shut down. I called Ambient Customer Service and the problem was quickly determined. The power adapter had failed.

I ordered the replacement power adapter and it was delivered to my home in two days. My weather station is back up and running. Excellent problem solving skills from the Ambient representative. And very fast delivery of the needed replacement part.

Overall the best experience a customer can have.

The item arrived quickly and in good condition.

I've been trying to get ahold of your company since I recieved the hub - it's difficult to get ahold of them. Finally after 2 weeks I got ahold of them and had to postpone it again because they were unsure of what I was seeing on my phone to help me... still waiting to hear from them... It's a test in patience!

My only concern was that the part I ordered (replacement wind speed cups for the outdoor sensor) did not say that they worked with my model number, the WS 2000. It looked right so I took the chance and fortunately it works fine.

Did not fix my problem

I am very pleased with Ambient.
My replacement wind cups are a perfect fit.
Delivery was fast and parts were well packaged.
I love my weather station!
