I thought it would have been more difficult to get a broken piece of my old Ambient weather station replaced but I noticed it was very easy.

Ordering the product was easy and the shipping was great. Everything came together and the page for the product did well to explain what each thing was and all possible add-ons.

Equipment arrived quickly.
Nicely packed.
Instructions are "needy" and photos are unreadable, and inapplicable to the new version you receive.
I finally had to contact the tech service.
They cake me van and walked me through the set up screens.
Very patient. Very precise. Very respectful and easy to hear and understand.
45 minutes on phone.
I can't imagine the patience these guys exercise many times a day.
Station up.
Station running.
We are ready for our next weather event!

Ambient weather is great especially for days I want to go fishing or out on the water with friends and family. I used to have to check three different apps for the information in my area and it told me three different things. Now I have accurate weather information right in my living room thanks to ambient weather.

I've purchased items 3 times from Ambient Weather and it has always been a great experience. Their customer service was great to work with when one of my products did not work. They replaced it and helped me get it up and running. Their products aren't the cheapest, but they are always reliable and work well for many years.

The printed instructions do not match the software on the console. Unable to get the console to connect to the weather station. A total waste of $80.
