Ordering and delivery were easy and fast. The weather station was packaged to avoid damage. Setup and assembly were easy. Some missteps on connecting the weather station to the network. A good buying experience.

Had to actually call to get an answer to my quest in order to purchase. Also, the interface for entering data on the consoles is convoluted and time consuming. Other than that, the product is great.

The model WS-2700 I purchased is replacing a model WS-1171 I have been using for years. The WS-1171's outdoor transmitter quit working and a replacement was not available. The new WS-2700 works great, was easy to set up and came at a good price. The one complaint I have, and this is somewhat troubling, is there is no second display on the screen unlike the model WS-1171. I have used the weather station to accurately set the many clock we own for years and now that is not easily accomplished. Wish this had been disclosed in the ad. Other than the previous complaint, I am satisfied with the new weather station.

It would have nice to know that only the electric wall converter needed replaced. No information in the instructions or on web-site offered this information. The only information about the display unit not starting was replace the full unit for $200.

After 2 years my wind speed was not registering at times. Ordered a new part installed with no problem and now it works like new.
