I just received my new WS-4000 and have it up and going. I replaced my WS-1001 which I had for years. Little disappointed that the new station did NOT come with a manual and had to search the internet to find it. I also lost all my old information but it still shows on Weather Underground.

My interaction with the customer service department was good. I own three of their stations and this is the second unit that has failed within four years of purchase, and that’s my disappointment. Customer service is very good, product quality is questionable.

My original console quit working and was able to purchase an upgraded model without having to purchase the whole system. Great having it work again!

Product descriptions should be more complete. Pole size mounting is not mentioned, and all you sell are 1.25" OD. so I was trying to find 1.25" OD locally, which is not easy to find, but when station arrived, found out pole could range from 1.25-2" OD, which was already in my yard.

I tried to rate you the highest but iI can’t see your yellow stars. All was great but I wish I had known about your Early Black Friday sale before I placed my order for my second order.

I went to the web site to purchase a new display. After reading the Q&A I decided to purchase a power supply instead. And while on the site I discovered the freezer/refrigerator monitor and purchased it. Everything works great. Very happy.

Works as advertised. The setup is a bit tedious, but once I figured out the setup it went well. The display is nice and no batteries required in the display. The longevity of this will be the test. A very nice product.

I was pleased with the fact that I was able to order a replacement power cord for the one that our puppy destroyed. The gentleman I spoke with was very pleasant and helpful. The replacement cord arrived in just a few days.

Made this purchase for our yacht club and it provides the best up to date information we’ve ever seen! Highly recommend for anyone on the water!
