I was favorably impressed with the technician's immediate diagnosis of my problem and then further in the prompt delivery of the purchase that resolved my problem.

The installation of the weather station went very well. I do have concerns regarding the "Clunky-ness" of integrating it with our local wifi and internet. The experience was much more complicated than similar technology; surveillance cameras, smart appliances, etc. I also wish this weather station interfaced to Apple HomeKit. Also....it went on sale two weeks after I bought it (Black Friday sale). Really?

Tech support is virtually unavailable from phone. 3 hr time lag with no early hours. It is not menu driven and not intuitive as you work thru 73 page instruction book.

Like the system. But can't get it to talk to Weather Underground. The manual leaves a lot to be desired in how to set it up.

I’ve had a weather station for many years no problems and I just recently upgraded so I expect this will last me many years in the future

The product arrived in a timely manner. I am not in residence at the install location so my rating is jus based on arrival time.

I still haven’t been able to return a product. I spoke with a representative and he provided an email with a QR code. The code did not work. Emailed Ambient Weather of the problem and it’s now a week later and still no return code.

Replacement array is working fine but I don't really see why the first one lasted only about 15 months.

tech help is impossible. On hold for many minutes only to be told that a rep is not available. The product is good but could use a 5 gb synch upgrade.
