WS-4000, cannot get rain sensor to work, despite cleaning x 2, reinstall x 2, and reset x 2. Waiting for next storm before asking for a replacement.

I did not make a recent purchase but I did call for help trouble shooting my WS5000 regarding no temperature reading on display from array. The Array also had water in battery compartment. This has happened before..Asked about updating firmware as the link downloaded that you give does not open on my MacBook Pro so can not copy it on a micro disc. Did not receive much help from who ever I talked to so that was disappointing.

The whole process was very easy. I already own an Ambient Weather and I was buying one as a gift because I am so happy with mine.

I ordered the tripod and an extension. I received it in 5 days. The assembly was easy, it's very stable and looks to be high quality that will last.

This is my second ambient weather station. My 2000 quit so replaced with 5000. The info they give is great.

Thought I had a bad console, so I ordered a new one. Didn't want to mess with rerouting wires so I plugged the new console into the old power supply, whereupon it started acting like the old console. Tried old console with new power supply, worked perfectly. I contacted Ambient Weather and explained the situation. They allowed me to return the new console minus the power supply, effectively giving me a new power supply for the cost of shipping and the RMA charge. Not a bad deal at all.

I personally did not know how to connect the Wi-Fi to my computer. I called Ambient and ended up talking with a very nice gentleman named Matt that gave me a step-by-step instruction. Bingo and my Ambient Weather Station was working. THANK YOU, MATT.,

I think you sent me the wrong part. Hurricane Helene blew away the rain funnel and I ordered a replacement. But it appears to be too big and now when it rains I get inches of rain because it is collecting more rain that it should.

I ordered a WS-5000 wx station. It was shipped very quickly, arrived promptly & in good condition. One of the fastening bolts on the EZ-125-35M 35" Mast Extension broke - I have yet to hear a response from Ambient about sending me a replacement. The Set-up Guide for the system is practically incomprehensible, sections thrown in almost at random, and with diagrams that are not helpful. Frustrating to set up ... but system is (hopefully) running well.
