I recently purchased a WS-5000. It was shipped the same day and I received it a few days later. It was very easy to set up, except for the indoor thermometer sensor. I received prompt help from the Ambient Support team to resolve the issue to get it working. I connected it to both Weather Underground and the Ambient Weather network, making my weather station available on the internet.

The weather set up is not easy. You can not read the directions on some steps. The hidden renewal is not asking but authorizing money to be taken from your bank. I have not been able to connect to WU. Support has not responded.
I do like the monitor and the weather station. It is outstanding.

This is my second Ambient Weather system. Got ~5 years out of the first sensor and I was so pleased that I bought the exact same one when it finally went out.

I ordered it as a Christmas gift. It will not be set up until after December 25th when the local weather cooperates with us. I ordered this to beat the Christmas/Black Friday shipping congestion. Would have been nice for the 20% off.

Obnoxious website. Continuously playing videos and floating support/guides button in the lower right corner are very distracting and irritating, so much so that I could not tolerate perusing your site and did my research using other sources, returning only to make the purchase. I feel certain if you actually used your own site for 15 seconds you would experience the same frustration. Truly hard to understand why a company would subject their prospective customers to such unnecessary friction. A suggestion: browse your site as if using it for the first time and see how long you can take it. Note those things that made your experience miserable and eliminate or redesign them.

I bought the WH31E sensor because it said it was compatible with the WS2902A console. That does not appear to be the case and I cannot get it to connect!

Still pissed you made me buy new hardware because I upgraded my wifi.

Fixed the problem with my outdoor temperature. I replaced this part not long ago for the rain gauge portion, but reasonably priced and shipped quickly.

I ordered wind cups for WS-2000 which has the set screw on the side. I received wind cups with the set screw on top. Don’t work. It also took forever to ship.
