The part fit fine. However the Compnay needs to provide 2 additional screws for assembly. I had no idea the screws were so small, and they fell out Tried looking for them with a magnet. But no luck. Also they might include some instructions ( although easy to replace) so we can anticipate the process.

Love these products, I have purchased many for different locations. The one we had in FL made it through Hurricane Ian with 150 mph sustained winds. I would not think of purchasing any other

Purchase was easy- moved from Atlas to the WS-5000 in large part due to support. Ambient answered a call - I could talk and ask questions about the station, what I needed and how ensure I could do the features and functions I needed. Will review product once its been installed 60 days so I can see how it does now that we are switching seasons and how it reports to wundeground.

I bought the ws-4000 and it was easy and simple to get online and interfaced with the internet. I also bought the WiFi camera and I have spent 3 days and countless hours trying to to get it hooked up and still haven’t gotten up and running. Try to get in touch with tech support has been impossible and they don’t have any videos that talk about what issues you might have and how to get around the issues. I have sent in tech support request and if I don’t hear back soon I will be returning the camera. My weather station I’d Is KNYLAKEP77. I hope someone can help me.

Shopping was easy and quick. The Ambient Weather store has information about additional sensors for their weather stations presented in a manner that makes it easy to tell which sensors are supported by which products. Much appreciated.

Was an easy process. I asked the representative a few questions, he answered them. I went to the website, and ordered my new weather system. Overall, a pleasant experience.
