I purchased this charging cord hoping it was the problem with my ws-2000. Unfortunately that was not the problem. I am very disappointed that my ws-2000 no longer works after only 2 1/2 years. Is there any replacement program available ? Please let me know at abaagkos@sbcglobal.net. Thank you

it was easy to order a replacement funnel for the rain gauge on my weather station that blew off during Hurricane Helene. I am glad it came quickly so I could get it positioned on my station before Hurricane Milton came by.

2nd purchase. Replacing a unit that had lasted me over 8 years. Needed an upgrade and went from a 1400 to a 2902.

Shopping was extremely easy. Bought for a Christmas present but have decided to give it as a birthday gift in a couple of weeks. I know my son will love it!!

it would be better marketing and sales support to include a setup for all aspects of the dashboard. It is insulting that your manual is so bad.

Always quality instruments that do exactly as they say they're going to do. Purchased another brand in the past and regretted it. Came back to ambient and always happy.

Everything went well but you should fix the YouTube video on how to set up the console. Not very clear about joining the network. Some of us are older.

Can’t connect with the internet and had a 2902A and switched to the 2902D because it is supported. Still can’t get the console on line. Went through the exact steps to bring console online and still no internet connection. Very cumbersome and frustrating

My only negative is that the battery cover was very very hard to open. I had to get a neighbor, who had just installed the same unit, to come over and do it for me.

Weather station was defective.
Cost us $22 to return weather station.
Could not be certain if company would provide new weather station or just repair our new weather station

Purchase of power supply was fine but I was never contacted regarding the issues with panel restarting over and over. Replacing the power supply fixed it but I did that on my own. Very disappointing.

I called about my temp and humidity not registering on the indoor monitor and was told how to fix it. The fix did not work so I ordered a new unit. The temp and humidity now work on the new unit but now the exterior light will not register.
