I have a WS2000 unit . The console went out, service person recommended purchasing a new power cord, that didn't solve the problem. I really enjoyed the unit when it worked as I purchased extra sensors for it also. It's disappointing when the outside unit that's exposed to the elements 24-7 out last the console that cost $200.00 to replace when the whole unit is $300.00 for the 2 1/2 years it operated. I can't really justify that cost for that reliability. Yes I know you have consoles that will work with the unit that cost less but I have a couple hundred dollars in extra sensors that wont work with nothing else. No problem with the sales person he tried. I need to return the power cord.

My order #8000131830 came without an AC adapter. I phoned and a representative said that they would ship one to me. It never arrived. Now when I call the system does not allow me to connect to anyone. Frustrating!!!

Pleased that tech support diagnosed my WS2000 loss of temp as a $30 sensor that I was able to replace myself rather than have to buy a new $300 unit. Maybe some rudimentary instructions wouldn't hurt.

I love the presentation and the flexibility. I did try to set it such that it would go off on the screen at night and come back on in the morning, but that does not seem to work. At least I haven’t been able to make it work. So, I turned that feature off and just leave the screen on 24 seven. I’m debating about buying another one to put somewhere else in the house.

We purchased 2 La Crosse weather stations and after a year or two they failed. Not only did the hardware fail but internet connections became unavailable. Not only is Ambient hardware reliable, but the supporting app and networking is superb. We love this product. We live in FL and weather is a big interest for us. We bought it as gifts for our family.
