Quick and easy purchase that was delivered in a timely manner. What I purchased was a great addition to my weather station's reliability and accuracy.

The right part at a fair price, and short delivery time.

I purchased the WS-4000 because it was "solar". However, once it arrived, I learned that it required two batteries. I cannot climb a ladder to change the batteries out when needed, therefore, I returned it. I'm sure it would have been wonderful.

The until had two failures within a few days. The sensor would not report at night even after tryng two new sets of lithium batteries. The display quit receiving data from the indoor temperature/humidity sensor. Batteries don’t help here either. I am preparing to return it.

Website was a little confusing; however I called your phone number and the salesman was outstanding.

the reson I rated 4 stars is there no number or place(that could see) to ask questions on setup. I purchased a WS-2902D, I have been able to connect to WI_FI, but have never received 9.1.1 screens. Since I have no number to ask questons I am at a stand still on this portion

Correct part and shipped quickly.
Thought I was ordering just a temp and humidity sensor and instead it came as a partial assembly to include the rain sensor and cup.

I purchased a monitor, but I didn’t need a new unit to install outside. The technician, Tim, was very helpful, and everything is working now.
