Was unable to connect my old console, 2902 to internet after getting fiber. Ordered a 2902D, still wouldn't connect. Bought a new dual band router and out it on 2.4g and it still won't connect. It reports that I'm connected but no internet access. Total waste. Extremely disapointed.

Instructions vag about how tight the set screws needed/need to be. Little surprised at how much is included in the manual. 5 days now still reading an figuring it out. Once I got used to the push buttons every thing kinda just starts falling in place. Still learning its ultimate capabilities.

I was told that my weather station wasn’t working properly due to a known issue with the AC adapter, but rather than replace it I was sent a link to purchase one. I did, of course, because I wanted the pricey weather station to function but that $20 adapter spoke volumes about the customer service and standing being the product,

Bought the WS4000 and was easy to install. Also bought the Ambient weather camera (wifi/solar powered version). Had a very difficult time setting up using the VMSLive software that was instructed on my PC. Out of fluke, I found the AmbientVMS software on the AppStore while using a Mac. I got it up and running within 5 minutes. The instructions could be updated. Overall a excellent product:)

Could not believe how quickly the requested part arrived. included was far more than I expected and the contact plugs were even coated with silicone grease to deter moisture! I am totally pleased and unbelievably impressed. Let's face it folks, we live in an age where incompetence is the norm rather than the exception. Ambient Weather will far and above exceed your expectations. Bob G. in Bucks County, Pennsylvania
