My second order was for a weather station with other options and the power supply for the tablet was missing. I was replaced after a while, thank you. My third order was for an additional screen and a rain spike. the rain spike was missing from the order received. I think something is rotten in shipping.

all is good except the screw used to hold wind detector on shaft is to weak for the plastic screw hole. could not force screw through plastic hole without destroying screw head. had to partially drill out screw head to get grip on head with bigger cross point.

There appears to be two temperature sensors, one in the default solar shield and one in the optional solar shield. The one in the default shield is overriding my indoor temp/RH/press sensor. I have emailed David Detiege concerning this.

Ordered the screen for the AWS rainfall collector (stolen by a a squirrel or other critter). Very easy ordering process, quick shipping and receiving the part. A very good experience.

I really liked the product and the weather information it provides.
The setup was challenging as it took multiple attempts to add MAC address for the weather station. This also affects the app on my cell phone as I still cannot interface with the station. It should be much easier to connect.

I am generally happy with the performance of my WS-2902, but the anemometer lasted exactly 14 months before it failed. They did not give me any options to replace the failed module so I had to by replacements on my own. This is not good for a weather station - it should survive much longer that 14 months.

Love the Ambient weather station. I've had the other major ones and they all failed. I simply needed a usb power supply cord because the original power supply failed. Shipped quickly, works perfectly.

Accidentally purchased the wrong type of plug for $17. I wish to exchange it for the correct one but need to pay almost $6 to return it. No thanks.

Way beyond the usual box store brands. The app is easy to use and gives tons of info. Easy to set up once I called customer support.
