Instructions are poorly written, and graphics are poor. In addition to that they are incomplete. I did manage to get the thing up and partially running

I thought everything was great! But then I realized I did not receive the RAINSPIKE item to protect the rain gauge from birds. Otherwise the system is working well!

The order was filled quickly and accurately. The new WS-4000 works great. I have had a few questions about the new station and the response has been quick and correct.
The reason I only give a 9 for recommending is I don't give suck recommendations.

Ordering was a breeze (pun intended)! It was received promptly but it turns out we didn’t actually need it after all. I would caution Ambient weather station users to consult YouTube first before ordering replacement parts. Our rain gauge ended up having a defunct wasp nest in it that was preventing collection of rainwater. We cleaned it out and the unit works as good as new.

Great weather station. Can not connect to wifi because of issues with 2.4G router, but there is a workaround by purchasing another hub.

Very helpful to always have our specific look at the weather rather than the general information provided from other sources.

I didi nof receive the items I ordered. I called and left a long voice message stating that I have received wrong items which show temperature only, not humidity. I requested return mailing label and correct items' be provided. I have not received any response and I dispufed the crediit card charge 0f $55.10.

Purchased a rain gauge replacement and mount for WS5000. 3 days later our WS 5000 quit. Tried 3 sets new batteries, clean it twice a year. Called to inquire about problems, unit is 3 years old. Was told to send photos. We sent and called a week later and was told tech was looking into it. Another week called and customer service guy said yes, I looked at it you did not do maintenance and it’s rusted. Excuse me, told him our service maintenance. His reply was you will just need to buy a replacement. Failure was my problem. One thing for sure, Ambient has no respect for their customer base or returning customers.

So far, happy with the WS-4000. Had issues getting it connected onto the AWN but Matt with CS was very helpful and we were able to get it online. Thanks Matt!
